Pros:

I really enjoyed my stay here. The hotel has a lot of character and feels genuinely welcoming rather than impersonal. My room was beautiful, comfortable and exactly what I needed after long days exploring the Dolomites. I especially appreciated being able to relax properly in the evening after all the walking. The atmosphere is peaceful, the staff are lovely, and the location is perfect for discovering the area. I felt very comfortable here and I’d be very happy to come back.

Wonderful hotel in the historic district.
Pros:

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Adler Historic Guest house. I loved being in the heart of the historic district, but it did make finding the hotel and parking a little confusing. Once we confirmed you actually need to drive over what appears to be a pedestrian bridge, we had no issues finding the hotel and checking in. Our room was clean, spacious, and nicely appointed. The breakfast was extensive and tasty. But our favorite feature was the rooftop pool with a lovely view of the Weißer Turm (White Tower) and Brixen Cathedral. Our only regret was we did not have a longer stay and the opportunity to explore Brixon and the surrounding vineyards and castles.

The hotel graciously accommodated my wife’s gluten-free restriction with many nice options.
