Cons:

The worst hotel experience I’ve had in a long time.
Room 132 is completely unsuitable for guests. It is located directly next to a busy street, and the noise from cars and motorcycles is constant all night — it feels like sleeping on the road.
On top of that, every few minutes you hear loud water pipes from upper floors, and from 6 AM the kitchen next door creates unbearable noise.
I did not sleep at all.
Charging 145€ + parking for a room like this is unacceptable. This room should not be rented to guests.

Pros:

Das Hotel liegt nur wenige Gehminuten von der Altstadt entfernt. Die Lage ist unschlagbar. Das Personal war ausnahmslos sehr nett und freundlich. Die Betten sehr bequem. Von der Dachterrasse aus hat man einen wunderschönen Blick auf die Kathedrale und den Park.
Das Frühstück war in Ordnung. Wir hatten das Zimmer mit Aussicht. Diese war wirklich wunderschön. Allerdings muss einem klar sein, dass man mit enormem Straßenlärm rechnen muss, wenn man ein solches Zimmer bucht.

Cons:

Das Bad war renovierungsbedürftig und an einigen Stellen in der Dusche (Fugen) waren (schwarze) Schimmelflecken.

No es malo, pero no lo recomendaría

Me gustó la ubicación.

Cons:

Lo que no me gustó fue que la habitación es realmente muy pequeña para 2 personas ya que no teníamos espacio para abrir las 2 valijas al mismo tiempo.

Además tuvimos un problema grande en nuestra habitación de muy fuerte olor a cloaca lo que no nos dejaba dormir. Este problema aparentemente fue de nuestro dormitorio y no de todo el hotel. Lamentablemente dormidos 2 noches en esta habitación a pesar del muy mal olor, pero como punto positivo quiero aclarar de que la ultima noche el personal nos movió a otra habitación sin costo.

Rustig hotel dichtbij alles bij!
Pros:

De ligging! Net voor het park en je wandelt op 10 minuten de oude stad in. Centraal van alles gelegen. De kamers zijn ruim en proper. Je ligt rustig en hoort ‘s nachts niks als je natuurlijk niet aan de straatkant ligt. Ontbijt is te betalen maar zeker ok! Wij wisselden af en gingen ook elders. Rooftopbar!

Cons:

Water van de douche: duurt super lang vooraleer het iets of wat warm is en zit niet veel druk op, evenals wc. Wc borstel is er niet. Zwembad is zeer klein en kou in april.

Value for money with outstanding views from our window.
Pros:

Clean and comfortable, a pleasant short walk through gardens to the main historical sites and exceptional views of the Cathedral and Giralda. Good value for money.

Cons:

The bathroom was smaller than some hotels but had everything we needed so the size didn't affect our stay.

Pros:

El recepcionista de la mañana era súper amable y nos hizo indicaciones muy interesantes y la ubicación excepcional, las vistas desde la terraza preciosas y las habitaciones amplias y limpias
