Pros:

El personal era muy agradable y nos dió muchas indicaciones. Pablo, fue un encanto.

Cons:

El olor a desagüe que salía del baño de la habitación, y lo poco insonorizado que estaba. Se escuchaban todos los ruidos del pasillo y otras habitaciones.

Pros:

Abbiamo soggiornato presso Hotel Alcázar de Sevilla e ci siamo trovati davvero benissimo.

La posizione è uno dei punti di forza principali: in massimo 20 minuti a piedi si raggiungono praticamente tutte le attrazioni più importanti della città, come Setas de Sevilla, Plaza de España e il Mercado de Triana.
Inoltre l’hotel è letteralmente attaccato alla Cattedrale di Siviglia e al Real Alcázar di Siviglia, quindi perfetto per visitare tutto senza prendere mezzi.

Le camere erano sempre pulite: non troppo grandi ma nemmeno piccole. Noi eravamo in due ed erano perfette.
Piccola chicca super apprezzata (da italiani 😄): il bidet!

Unica piccola nota: la colazione non era inclusa e, se si voleva farla in hotel, costava 16€.
Nulla di davvero negativo però — personalmente non ci ha disturbato più di tanto.

Nel complesso un’ottima esperienza, consigliato soprattutto per posizione e comodità.

Hotel w świetnej lokalizacji blisko głównych atrakcji turystycznych. Bardzo fajny taras na dachu z barem, doskonały na wieczorny relaks z widokiem na miasto. Nowoczesne lobby, cześć śniadaniowa i recepcja. Bardzo miła obsługa.

Cons:

Pokój standardowy, to pomieszczenie z mini oknem wychodzącym na maleńki wewnętrzny dziedziniec. Nie ma ani światła, ani widoku. Nie warto rozsuwać zasłon. Pokój i łazienka wymagające remontu, pilnego remontu. Być może pokoje od frontu mają lepszy standard. Pokój był ogromnym rozczarowaniem, po pierwszym wrażeniu z części ogólnodostępnej i lobby. Śniadania słabe, nie warte 16 euro od osoby. By się przespać jest O.K., jednak żeby chcieć przenocować w tym pokoju poraz kolejny, zdecydowanie nie.

nous avons passé un très bon séjour, votre hôtel correspondait tout à fait à nos attentes, très bien situé, la vue depuis le rooftop est magnifique, literie confortable, personnel sympathique... juste pour les lèves tard, le ménage commence de bonnes heures, on les entend dans le couloir, sinon, tout le reste était top... merci ☺️

Juste un peu bruyant le matin pour les lèves tard, lors du ménage 😉

Where to begin? Our first room smelled very strongly of sewage. We requested to be moved, and our next room had a window facing lots of interior windows, plus drain pipes outside the window. There was absolutely no flowing air inside, so we had to open a window. That left us listening to water flowing directly outside our window every time someone used a toilet or a sink. Beds were uncomfortable.
