Très belle expérience, très bien situé
Pros:

L'emplacement est idéal et permet de tout faire à pied. Il est vraiment proche du centre.
La chambre était propre et spacieuse. Elle était située côté cour et donc très calme, au détriment de la vue.
L'accueil à l'hôtel et les conseils prodigués par la très aimable Ana ont été parfait
Le bar et la vue depuis la piscine sont un vrai plus

Pros:

Trés bon emplacement ! On a tout fait à pieds ou à vélo.
Piscine en rooftop super ! Par contre quand il fait trés chaud elle doit vite être complète (13 personnes max).
Chambre trés bien pour le prix ; seul bémol : quand on part de la chambre la porte claque ; pas de poignée pour la retenir.

Cons:

Consommations en terrasse un peu chères pour les clients de l'hôtel.

While the location of the hotel is convenient, I strongly advise travelers not to choose Hotel Alcázar as their first option in Seville because of my deeply disappointing experience.

I stayed at the hotel for three days. After returning to my room on second day, I discovered that my toiletry pouch had disappeared. Losing personal belongings inside a hotel room is unacceptable and immediately made me feel unsafe. Instead of being able to relax during my trip, I spent the entire night anxious and unable to sleep, worrying not only about my belongings but also about my personal security in the hotel.

The next morning, I reported the incident to the front desk. The staff member, Pablo, apologized and stated that this was supposedly the first time such an incident had happened at the hotel. He assured me that he would contact the housekeeping department to investigate and promised to follow up with me shortly.

However, more than a week has passed since my stay, and I have received absolutely no update, explanation, or follow-up from the hotel. This complete lack of accountability and communication is extremely disappointing and, frankly, unacceptable. Losing a guest’s belongings is already serious enough, but ignoring the matter afterward demonstrates a troubling lack of professionalism and concern for guest safety.

雖然這間飯店地點真的很好，但因為這次非常糟糕的經驗，我完全不推薦住宿Hotel Alcázar。

我在這裡住了三晚。第二天外出回來後，我發現自己的盥洗包不見了。在飯店房間裡遺失個人物品，真的讓人非常傻眼，也非常沒有安全感。那天晚上我幾乎沒辦法睡，一直在想到底東西怎麼會不見了，也開始擔心自己住在這裡的人身安全。

隔天一早，我馬上去櫃檯反映。櫃檯人員 Pablo 有向我表達歉意，還說這是他第一次聽到飯店發生客人物品遺失的情況。他答應會去聯絡 housekeeping 幫忙確認，也說很快會再回覆我。

結果到現在，我離開飯店已經超過一個星期了，完全沒有收到任何後續消息，連一封基本的回覆都沒有。這點真的讓人非常失望。東西在飯店裡不見已經夠糟了，但後續完全被放著不管，更讓人覺得這間飯店根本沒有認真看待住客的問題，也讓我對他們的管理和安全性非常失去信心。

Great stay would return
Pros:

Great location .Staff ultra helpful and rooms clean and bright . Rooftop bar wonderful for the sunset and a great cocktail

Cons:

Nothing to complain at all about the hotel itself i would recommend . The only gripe I had was that there was no water in the room and on our arrival day that would have been a nice extra . I was told to go to the vending machine with cash or to the bar on the top

A lovely hotel close to all of the sites in the city.
Pros:

A very comfortable hotel for an overnight stay before leaving Seville for an early flight. The room was very comfortable with tea and coffee making facilities.
A great roof terrace with a small swimming pool and cocktail bar. Good cocktails and brilliant view over the city too enjoy whilst sipping them.

Eventful stay in the heart of Seville
Pros:

Great location, lovely rooftop bar with superb views

Cons:

Lift broke down amd it took them 30 minutes to get me out. I'm a gallows humour person, but could have been really serious if someone had a medical condition.

Hôtel très bien situé. Personnel aimable et serviable. Nous avions la chambre 520 : Frigo, café et thé dans la chambre, grande salle de bain. La piscine est petite mais agréable, le bar sur le toit offre une vue sublime sur la cathédrale de Séville.

Cons:

Seul point négatif, l’insonorisation : chambre éloignée des autres voyageurs mais a côté de l’ascenseur des femmes de ménage, nous étions réveillés tous les matins à 8h30 à cause du bruit..

Good location for visiting the historical centre of Seville
Pros:

Excellent roof top terrace. Very pleasant breakfast room. Very helpful staff on reception on our arrival who gave us directions to many wonderful places in the vicinity. Good location for the Alcazar, the parks, Santa Cruz and Triana.

Cons:

Noise from the adjacent room could be heard due to the poor construction of the vents between the rooms.

Excelente para conocer Sevilla
Pros:

Excelente hotel para hacer turismo en Sevilla. Si subes a la planta 7, podrás tomarte lo que quieras en cafetería, recomendable sus cócteles. Además tienen una excelentes vistas de la Giralda.
