Très bel hôtel !
Le confort était présent. Les lits étaient très confortable ! Nous avons très bien dormis.

Cons:

La vue depuis la fenêtre n’était pas des plus intéressantes puisqu’elle donnait sur le mur et l’isolation des chambre est très mauvaise si bien qu’on entendait nos voisins parler.
Le lumière verte au dessus de la porte de chambre pour signaler la sortie n’est pas du tout agréable dans le noir pour dormir, nous avons dû la recouvrir d’un tissu pour bien dormir.

Het personeel was vriendelijk.

Cons:

Onze kamer was heel klein, aan de straatkant en aan de lift, die veel lawaai maakte. De matrassen te hard, maar dat is een persoonlijke voorkeur. Midden in de nacht, om 3u45 werd er met karren in en uit de lift gesleurd en ging een heel luide gsm onophoudelijk af. Dit duurde ongeveer 10 minuten. Het was een slechte nacht, iets waar we niet voor tekenen op vakantie. We hebben de volgende morgen het hotel verlaten.

Ottimo per potersi immergere nelle atmosfere tipiche di Siviglia con un ottimo rapporto qualità/prez
Pros:

La bellezza del palazzo che rispecchia le architetture classiche di Siviglia ti fanno vivere più intensamente la città. Inoltre è molto comoda la posizione per visitare il centro storico e i principali monumenti di Siviglia, potendo usufruire di un parcheggio multipiano a soli 3 minuti.

Todo. El hotel es espectacular. La atención de la recepción súper solicita y atentos a ayudar y acompañar en Sevilla en todo momento. La ubicación no puede ser mejor.

Expérience très décevante. La chambre avait une forte odeur d’humidité et des taches visibles au plafond. Lorsque la fenêtre était fermée, l’odeur devenait insupportable. Je suis allergique, donc c’était extrêmement inconfortable.

J’ai demandé au réceptionniste de monter dans la chambre pour vérifier avec moi. Il m’a affirmé que les marques au plafond étaient simplement de la peinture et non des taches, alors qu’il s’agissait clairement de traces d’humidité visibles. J’avais également des preuves à l’appui.

J’ai signalé le problème à la réception, mais au lieu de proposer une solution, on m’a indiqué que l’hôtel était complet et qu’aucun changement de chambre n’était possible. L’attitude du personnel était non professionnelle et inappropriée. Lorsque j’ai demandé à un autre client de confirmer l’odeur, puisqu’on me disait qu’il n’y avait aucun problème, le réceptionniste a même évoqué le fait d’appeler la police, ce qui est totalement inacceptable et choquant.

De plus, le prix est assez élevé par rapport à d’autres hôtels, surtout au vu de l’état de la chambre et de l’emplacement, qui est éloigné du centre-ville. Les photos publiées sur Booking semblent anciennes et ne reflètent pas l’état réel des chambres.

Si vous décidez malgré tout d’y séjourner, je vous recommande vivement de vérifier attentivement votre chambre dès le check-in et de signaler immédiatement tout problème. N’hésitez pas à contacter Booking en cas de difficulté : ils ont été très efficaces et m’ont apporté une solution adaptée dans mon cas.

Globalement, je ne recommande absolument pas cet hôtel
