Très bon séjour à l’Hotel América Porto. L’emplacement est pratique, proche du centre et du métro. Chambre calme, propre et confortable, petit-déjeuner varié. Personnel accueillant et professionnel. Bon rapport qualité/prix. Je recommande pour un court séjour à Porto.

I am extremely disappointed with my stay. I booked this hotel based on the positive reviews, but the reality was the complete opposite.
* The Room & Bathroom: The room was tiny, and the bathroom was incredibly cramped. It was so narrow that you couldn't even sit properly on the toilet; you have to sit sideways to use it.
* Amenities: There was no telephone (I was told it was broken), no kettle, and no basic room amenities.
* Service: When I requested hot water, I was told to "take it from the bathroom tap." There is no room service, and the evening reception staff was not welcoming.
I decided to leave the very next morning. I will definitely not be returning. I strongly advise anyone visiting Porto for a business trip to avoid this place, as it lacks the basic standards of comfort and service

Lo único que se salía el agua de la ducha y era incómodo porque por la noche aunque pusiéramos toallas, como se mojaban, si ibas al baño por la noche, se te mojaban los pies.

La atención al cliente no está mal.
Hotel viejo, parking pequeño, habitación olía mucho a humo.
Gostei muito do quadro, foi lá que passei mais tempo, foram quatro dias, por causa da chuva e do vento que se sentia bater nas janelas.
A limpeza é um ponto muito importante num Hotel. E não tenho nada a apontar, às meninas que se disponibilizavem todos os dias para limpar o quarto.
Nada a apontar às funcionárias sempre prontas a ajudar. Gostei delas 5*

O que não gostei? Foi da internet nem chegava aos dois riscos, tinha que andar nas zonas do quarto para ver se tinha mais, mas era muito fraca.
Falei com a menina da recepção e ela logo me disponibilizou a caixa da internet portablei, ficou muito melhor.
Este é o reparo que devo dizer para bem do hotel. Sabemos que nem todas as pessoas têm coragem de falar. Mas o que disse é bom, assim eles ficam a saber que há falta de internet nos quartos.
