Pros:

Rămas interzis !!!... dar hai să vă povestesc mai multe.
Am hotărât să vizităm pentru câteva zile acestă stațiune, datorită lacului renumit și al locurilor din jur. Ne orientăm pentru un hotel de 4 stele. L-am căutat (destul de mult până am făcut alegerea) L-am găsit...l-am ales ! Panorama din balcon este de basm.
Ai posibilitate de parcare/contra cost, OK și normal. Ești la o aruncătură de lac. Curățenia a fost OK (miros de canalizare în baie, am închis ușa, parchetul degradat pentru 4 stele)
La recepție....total nota 10 ! am fost îndrumați din toate punctele de vedere spre orice am avut nevoie.
Intră în discuție...masa, (MD + C) plătită și asigurată prin Booking. La mic dejun ai avut de toate și foarte bune. Ai avut la dispoziție automate de cafea, sucuri apă ! (nu pun degeaba semnul exclamării).
Plecăm spre lac, SUPER, înotăm, ne bălăcim...ajungem la hotel, ne pregătim pentru cină că ne este foame. Sala de mese, mare, frumos amenajată, curățenie, mâncare foarte bună și diversificată, pe această cale îi acord bucătarului șef 10 .
Mâncare bună necesită și o băutură. Primim meniul pentru băuturi...caut apă plată... NU EXISTĂ !!! altceva nu doresc !
Insist pentru o apă plată și sunt servit/serviți cu apă de la robinetul barului !!!
Nu pot concepe faptul să nu aibă apă plată la cină !!! hotel de 4 stele... măcar contra cost !!!
Am fost în multe locații dar așa ceva...strigător la Cer !

Toată stima și respectul pentru personal, dar...hotelul nu-l pot recomanda...pentru un pahar cu apă...... de la robinet.

Cons:

Pentru personalul de serviciu, pentru amabilitatea angajaților, mai ales pentru bucătarul Șef, 10 !
Pentru manager acord 1 !

Szuper kilátás volt a szobából, a reggeli és vacsora is kiváló volt.

A szobában volt egy kis piszok, találtunk levágott körmöt a földön.

Schönes und angenehmes Hotel

Wir kommen immer wieder und sind sehr zufrieden.

Das Abendessen war zu letzt eher eintönig und geschmacklos. Verbesserung erwünscht.
