Kenyelmes, tiszta szoba, finom etelek, kedves szemelyzet.

Cons:

Parkolo hazban a parkolas rugalmatlan koordinacioja, vegül szamunkra anyagilag sokkal kedvezöbb megoldas az utcai parkolokban.

Das Essen ist sehr gut, Lage auch. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Bedienung sehr freundlich. Rezeption einwandfrei.

Cons:

Parkplatz mit einem Kombi ist einfach zu klein.
Sie haben keinen Pool, oder Becken nach der Sauna, was sehr fehlt.

Ottima struttura a due passi dal lago di Heviz
Pros:

Ottimo Hotel, abbiamo trovato personale molto cordiale e disponibile. Camera spaziosa e pulita e numerosi servizi come spa e sconto sull'ingresso al vicino lago termale. Anche la cucina è stata ottima per qualità e varietà di cibi È dotato di garage, cosa che per noi che eravamo in moto è stata importante.
Per noi è stato il punto di appoggio per le escursioni sul lago Balaton. Consigliato vivamente.

Hat uns leider diesmal enttäuscht
Pros:

Super Lage, Nähe Thermensee, im Zentrum.
Super funktionierte Klimaanlage im Zimmer.
Sehr schönes Aussicht aus dem Balkon.

Cons:

Zweites Mal im Hotel und diesmal enttäuscht.
* das Zimmer war grundgenommen schön. Matratzen leider schon abgenutzt. Minibar leider kühlt nicht, alle Getränke waren warm.
* am Samstag zu der Abendessenzeit nur 1 Aufzug im Betrieb. Zweiten im 3. Stock gesteckt und niemand an der Rezeption konnte beantworten warum:(
* polnische Reisende beim auschecken bevorzugt. Sehe ich keinen Grund warum, wenn alle andere in der Reihe warten. Wir müssen alle auschecken ..... die Rezeption hat nicht einmal was gemacht oder dies geregelt, komplett unfair gegen andere Gäste ...
* gegen letztes Jahr hat sich die Essenauswahl sehr verschlechtert. Nicht zeitgerecht nachgefüllt und die Auswahl war gering. Lange Wartezeiten um Getränke überhaupt zu bestellen.

Pros:

Odlična lokacija, dostopnost do vsega brez avtomobila. Udobna soba. Srečo sva imela tudi, da sva še dobila njihovo parkirišče v garaži, saj imajo omejeno število parkirnih mest.

Cons:

Soba ni bila čista ko sva prispela, ni bilo po tleh niti posesano. Na balkonu sta naju je pričakala dva kosa suhega kruha. Posteljnina je bila zamenjana, kopalnica je tudi bila čista.
