La ubicación
Lo deteriorado que está lleno de humedades cayendo las pinturas de las paredes. Me parece desastrozo para un sitio que se dedica al turismo y que pretende tener clientes satisfechos. Soy de los que opina que Turismo de Tenerife, debería hacer controles más a menudo en establecimientos ya que no pueden tener un aspecto tan deteriorado en realción a lo que cobran a diario. Otra de las cosas pésimas es el poco control que se tiene de los clientes, en los días de estancia muchos jóvenes hospedados y el olor a marihuana en algunos de los pisos era insoportable. Alguna de las habitaciones tienen muebles sumamente manchados que dan asco sentarse en ellos y que dan una imagen del sitio penosa a quien nos visita. Creo hay una falta de control en la dirección que seguramente no conoce el estado de algunas habitaciones.
Un apartamento espacioso con mucha luz. El balcón perfecto para tomar el sol. Todo muy digno y muy limpio. Yo solo estuve una noche y por eso solo buscaba un apartamento barato y me llevé una muy grata sorpresa. La próxima vez que venga vuelvo a repetir y me quedo más tiempo.
Se notaba que necesitaba un par de reparaciones pequeñas. Poca presión del agua.
El personal muy amable.
Lo peor es limpieza. Cucarachas grandes. El olor de trapos podridos despues de limpieza horrible o es olor de productos de limpieza, no lo se. Las camas muy malas, colchones, mantas y almuadas viejos y incomodos.
Me gusto mucho el trato personal maravilloso ,todo limpio.
En general es una buena habitación por el precio. Bien equipada y cómoda, aunque la ventilación es poca.v
El recepcionista el primer día dijo que el dinero que pagaba para tener la caja fuerte se devolvería (devuelven el depósito, que son 10€), pero a mí me cobró 2€ y dijo explícitamente que lo devolvería, que le parecía una tontería cobrarme 10€ o 2€, si era solo por una noche y me lo iban a devolver. A la mañana siguiente, el recepcionista en el check-out dijo que ese no era el caso. Fue una cantidad pequeña, pero se contradicen. Tengan cuidado si prometen que van a devolver algo y no teman en pedir hojas de reclamación si les ocurre
das Zimmer im 1. Stock zum Innenhof war ruhig. Es ist frisch renoviert und mit neuer Einrichtung ausgestattet, die Kochecke ist gut, alles vorhanden. Die Verkehrsanbindung optimal, 2 Haltestellen ins Zentrum. Das Hotel liegt weiter oben.
El personal, la limpieza y la ubicación
Es muy ruidoso. Las camas incómodas y si vas en pareja no las puedes juntar porque se separan fácilmente y te caes.
