Für den Preis auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt geeignet.
Pros:

Kurzer Weg zur Bushaltestelle und zum Supermarkt. Sehr freundliches Personal. Sehr gute Betten.

Cons:

Schließen der Zimmertüren sehr laut. Gäste rauchen auf dem Balkon und der Rauch zieht durch die Balkontür ins Zimmer.

Maginificos apartamentos para pasar unos dias en la isla.
Pros:

Ubicación perfecta. Habitación amplia. Todo muy limpio. Champú secador y toallas. Mantas de sobra. Se puede aparcar cerca. Piscina grande y maravillosa. Bares y restaurantes de 2 min andando. La gente de recepción y chicas de la limpieza majísimos todos. Todo genial. Repetiría.

Pros:

Efter at have benyttet os af Grupo Pez azul, igennem de sidste 12 år, når vi rejser til Puerto de la Cruz, så følelse det hemmeligt. Personalet er altid søde og meget hjælpsomme.

Cons:

Jeg kan ikke lide når jeg skal hjem igen.

If you don't hate yourself, please spent a few euros more and stay somewhere else!!!
Pros:

De locatie was op zich oké, niet heel ver lopen van het centrum en (vooral) van de bushalte.

Cons:

Mijn low-budget studio keek uit op een stenen muur. Ook zat ik vlak bij de onderhoudsruimte, waardoor er dagelijks personeel voor mijn balkon stond om in een poging de boel nog een dagje extra operationeel te houden; dus gordijnen gesloten houden, anders geen privacy!
Verder kakkerlakken aangetroffen in de badkuip en op een verschrikkelijk spiraalmatras (ik denk uit de jaren 80) moeten slapen, waar ik het elke dag een uur korter op vol hield. Uiteindelijk dus een behoorlijk slaapgebrek opgelopen.
Voor alles moest je bijbetalen, variërend van een schoonmaakset (doekje, schuurspons en afwasmiddel, voor een schappelijk 2 euro) tot kluishuur (volgens mij 2 euro per dag; ik heb dat maar gedaan, gezien de aanwezige waarschuwing die erop neer kwam dat als je die niet zou huren het personeel wellicht al je waardevolle spullen zou ontvreemden).
