No hay nada que no me gustara
Checked in at 3am. By 9am I was booked into another hotel. Enough said
Just had a dormatry feeling about it. Staff don't speak any English. Just had a really old stale smell
La falta de limpieza
Que no se podía fumar en el alojamiento ni en las zonas comunes y que estaba "cerca" de las zonas turísticas de Puerto de La Cruz
Habitación sucia, con camas ruidosas e incomodas, baño en mal estado y sucio. Balcón pequeño para 3 personas. Pocas horas de sol en la piscina por la tarde y cierre de la misma a las 18:00 Despertarte en tus vacaciones porque el personal de limpieza no paraba de chillar y reírse en los pasillos es el sueño de todo turista. Zona un poco complicada para aparcar.
