Room rates on 31 December include a gala dinner. Any guests in excess of the maximum occupancy of the room, including children, will be charged separately. 5 year old children will be charged for free, children between 6-12 will be charged for 85 EUR, above 13 years old will be charged for 170 EUR.

Herewith we would like to inform you that a modernization project of the leisure pool is underway between 5 January 2026 and is expected to be finished on 2 April 2026. During this period, all other pools and services of the spa (the two completely refurbished thermal pools, the children’s pools, the modernized sauna department, and the fitness club) will be available.Parking is subject to availability due to limited spaces.

Prenovljene sobe, bazen in savne
Pogrešala sem izhod iz notranjega bazena nv zunanji bazen. Vem da bo to v kratkem.
I have no words, everything was absolutely amazing. I traveled in so many countries and I visited a lot of hotels, but I can definitely say that this was the best one. The food was wonderful, the spa as well, it was very clean and the premium room was lovely. I have nothing bad to say about this place.

Prace remontowe uniemożliwiły korzystanie z basenu rekreacyjnego (podczas rezerwacji brak było informacji o tym fakcie)
Das Zimmer war wirklich sehr schön, ordentlich und sauber!
Es war leider im Außenbereich eine Baustelle und der Kinderbereich (Pool) ist echt schon Sanierungsbedürftig (Fließen fehlen und am Wandbereich ist Schimmel)!

Enostaven dostop, udobna in cista soba, bogat all inclusive, prijetna okolica hotela in zabavno mesto Heviz, zelo prijazno osebje... Zanesljivo se se vrnemo.
Edina pripomba ki bi jo podal bi bila premala raznolikost jedi - kosila in vecerje... Jedi so se skozi dneve prevec ponavljale.... Je pa bila hrana zelo okusna, jedilnica je bila zelo dobro organizirana, osebje pa zelo prijazno in ustrezljivo.

Hotel jsme navštívili v týdnu středa-pátek, kde nás mile uvítal recepční, který rozuměl i česky. Personál v restauraci a na baru je přátelský, ochotný a rychlý nikde jsme nečekali na jejich služby. Zážitkový bazén je momentálně v rekonstrukci, ale to jsme věděli a počítali s tím. Vynahradilo nám to wellness centrum, dva bazény s léčivou vodou (32-34°C a 36-38°C), čtyři sauny a masáže.
