Important information:

Families with more children (maximum 4 children) will be allocated 2 rooms. In this case, the rate for 2 single rooms plus the mentioned child rates apply.

All-inclusive catering does not include drinks from the minibar and from the Quint bar.

Please note that the catering includes the following beverages: 07:00 - 22:00 soft drinks (mineral water, fruit and vegetables juices, refreshment beverages), coffee, tea, 11:00: - 22:00 house wines and draught beer 10:00 - 15:00 tea, 15:00 - 18:00 sparkling wine.

Room rates on 31 December include a gala dinner. Any guests in excess of the maximum occupancy of the room, including children, will be charged separately. 5 year old children will be charged for free, children between 6-12 will be charged for 85 EUR, above 13 years old will be charged for 170 EUR.

Ein wunderschönes Hotel. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön, das Essen perfekt und der Wellnessbereich ist ein Traum. Ich komme schon einige Jahre in dieses Hotel und kann es wirklich empfehlen.

Jídlo a výběr jídla vynikající. Kvalitní nabídka nápojů. Hudební vystoupení večer v hotelu s příjemným posezením a neomezenými nápoji. Voda v bazénu super, teplota ideální, čistá voda. Bohatá nabídka zábavy pro děti (interaktivní hrací stoly, herna...). U hotelu staví vláček, který vás zaveze po městě. Klidné okolí. Žádný ruch z chodby, ulice, nebo ostatních pokojů.

Cons:

Málo parkovacích míst a za poplatek.

Ulubiony hotel w Heviz
Pros:

Doskonała lokalizacja ,blisko do jeziora. Baseny zmodernizowane ,jedzenie zróżnicowane dla każdego, bardzo dobre, również dobre węgierskie wina .Na pewno wrócimy ponownie.

Cons:

Zbyt mały parking na tak duży hotel .Sprzątanie nie jest najlepsze ,pod łóżkiem były sandały po poprzednich gościach hotelu, w innym pobycie były skarpety pod fotelem.

Wspaniały pobyt w hotelu Ensana Thermal Aqua
Pros:

Był to nasz pierwszy pobyt w hotelu i na pewno nie ostatni. Korzystaliśmy z ofert all inclusive. Doceniamy czystość i profesjonalna, miła obsługę. Oferta menu bardzo bogatą każdy mógł coś dla siebie wybrać. Podobało nam się że kawa i napoje w tym woda były dostępne przez cały dzień. Bardzo miły był prezent dla naszego syna za wizytę w sali zabaw, który pozostawiono w pokoju 🙂 Bardzo dziękujemy za pobyt.

Cons:

Strefa dla palących mogłaby być w dalszej części od wejścia do restauracji.

Egyszer, még mielőtt felújították volna a szállodát, már megszáltam itt, a változás káprázatos.
Pros:

A reggelinél több tojásos ételből ételből, felvágottból, friss és párolt zöldségből, tejtermékből lehetett választani, egy-egy újdonsági is megjelent a napi kínálatban. A péksütemény felhozatal is bőséges volt, mindeni megtalálta egész nap azt, amit szeretett volna enni, inni. A vendégek láthatóan otthonosan érezték magukat, igazi kényeztető napok voltak számunkra is. A wellness részleg csodálatosan szép és tiszta, sok szállodában jártam már Hévízen, de jelenleg ez a legízlésesebb mind a szobák, mind a közösségi terek szempontjából.

Cons:

A kinti bárhoz tartozó asztalokat nem takarították, ez egy kicsit meglepő volt a benti tisztasághoz képest. Az ital-, étel önkiszolgáló rendszerben működött itt is, és a vendégek, ha zavarta őket a ragacsos, cigarettahamus asztal, maguk takarították le. A szálloda külseje és belső terei közt óriási a kontraszt: remélhetőleg az épület külsejét is felújítják a közeljövőben. Még egy észrevétel: a kert felől nem lehet a tóhoz vezető járdára kijutni, le van zárva a kapu. Ennek használata (pl. kártyás rendszerben) azért lenne jó megoldás, mert a szállodából meredek úton kapaszkodva, vagy megerőltető lépcsőzés árán lehet idejutni, járóbetegek, asztmások számára igazi próbatétel. Ha megnyitnák a kaput, a kertből, ahova liften lehet lejutni, ki lehetne kerülni az akadálypályát.

Gute Lage, sehr guter Wellnessbereich, freundlicher Service

Cons:

Kaffeeautomat geht gar nicht, man braucht ca. 5 Minuten für einen Pott Kaffee. Essen schmackhaft aber vielmals nur lauwarm. Vorallem die Suppe. Leider zum Wäsche trocknen kaum Möglichkeiten da keinen Balkon.

Bardzo udany pobyt
Pros:

To był nasz kolejny (czwarty pobyt) w tym hotelu. Podobnie jak poprzednie był bardzo udany tym bardziej, że obecnie hotel jest po remoncie basenów zewnętrznych. Basen zewnętrzny podgrzewany po remoncie kształtu wprawdzie nie zmienił, ale nowe dysze do masaży robią pozytywną różnicę. Jedzenie jak poprzednio na wysokim poziomie, choć zdarzały się przypadki, że pod koniec posiłków brakowało niektórych potraw i dań obecnych na początku. Alkohole w wersji light, tj. wina, szampan i piwo bez zarzutu. Personel jak zwykle życzliwy i pomocny. Jest możliwość wypożyczenia dowolnego e-bike, po uprzednim zamówieniu w recepcji, a ceny niższe niż w Infoturism na głównym deptaku. Na pewno wrócimy.

Cons:

Trochę dziwą mnie zasady dotyczące programu lojalnościowego Ensana Hotele, bo preferuje on tylko pobyty zakupione przez stronę Ensana, a nie w inny sposób np. na Bookingu. Dziwi też, że ceny na stronie Ensany są wyższe niż na Bookingu. W tej sytuacji posiadanie brązowej karty nie daje żadnych profitów, bo ze względu na zakup przez Booking nie otrzymałem żadnej zniżki, w tym za pobyt psa, czy wypożyczenie roweru.
