Čekám, kdy se hotel odhodlá mít alespoň jeden český TV program,
Pros:

Snídaně OK

Cons:

Je překvapující, že zařízení nenabízí TV programy v češtině, když hotel má více než třetinu hostů z Česka.

Na zamyslenie svojim pristupom
Cons:

Neskutocne zly pri rieseni zrusenia rezarvacie z dovodu nesplnenia sluzieb ktore som si vybral a potom absolutne neriesenia problemu zo strany zamyslite sa bookingu a vaseho zariadenia. Takyto pristup som este nezazil!

Nem véletlenül járunk vissza!
Pros:

Tiszta minden. Nagyon kedvesek az alkalmazottak. Tényleg figyelnek a vendégekre - láthatóan nem azért mert muszáj. A porszívókat minden alkalommal megcsodálom, mert alig van hangjuk. Tényleg figyelni kell, hogy megy-e vagy nem.

Cons:

Minden nagyon jó volt, talán a sok vendég nem volt kényelmes, de ez a vállalkozás szempontjából üdvözlendő tény. Voltunk már olyan helyen ahol nem voltak sokan - okkal. Itt mindig tömeg van - szerencsére.

Skvělé místo pro odpočinek.
Pros:

Velmi milý a vstřícný personál jak na recepci tak restauraci, výborné jídlo. Vracíme pravidelně a není důvod to měnit.

Pros:

Wir waren bereits wiederholt im Ensana in Sárvár und fühlen uns grundsätzlich sehr wohl. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist wirklich sehr gut. Frühstücks- und Abendbuffet sind reichhaltig und schmackhaft, auch die Möglichkeit, mittags eine Suppe zu essen, finden wir sehr angenehm. Der Zugang zum Thermalbereich und der gesamte Aufenthalt waren für uns wieder sehr schön.
Dieses Mal hatten wir allerdings den Eindruck, dass bei der Reinigung des Zimmers etwas genauer gearbeitet werden könnte. Besonders die Vorhänge waren teilweise deutlich fleckig, auch die Fensterscheiben hätten eine gründlichere Reinigung benötigt, und an manchen Stellen waren kleinere Verschmutzungen zu sehen. Die Einrichtung darf ruhig etwas älter sein – wenn alles sauber und gepflegt ist, stört uns das überhaupt nicht.
Im Herbst waren außerdem sehr viele Stinkwanzen unterwegs, die leider auch ins Zimmer gelangt sind. Uns ist bewusst, dass das Hotel dafür nichts kann. Vielleicht wären aber zumindest in dieser Jahreszeit Fliegengitter an den Balkon- bzw. Fenstertüren eine mögliche Hilfe.
Insgesamt war unser Aufenthalt trotzdem wieder sehr angenehm, das Essen war ausgezeichnet und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt für uns absolut. Wir würden uns nur wünschen, dass bei der Zimmerreinigung künftig etwas mehr auf solche Details geachtet wird. Dann kommen wir sehr gerne wieder.

Cons:

Die Bäder an den Zimmern könnten mal erneuert werden, eventuell durch Duschen ersetzen.

Výborné, určitě se zase vrátíme.
Pros:

Byli jsme zde již po šesté, moc se nám tu líbí, vynikající lokalita začleněná v krásném parku, jídlo jako vždy vynikající, personál sympatický, všechno OK.
Učitě zase přijedeme.....
