Hotel byl čistý, personál byl velmi milý, jídlo bylo vynikající a pestré. Bylo stále doplňováno a stoly vždy uklizené. Příjemná byla i možnost polévky v poledne. Jeden bazén s termální vodou a dva bazény s obyčejnou vodou. Na pokoji byly připravené ručníky a župany. Moc pěkné bylo arboretum, které je součástí hotelu.

Cons:

Protože jsme bydleli ve 4.patře(posledním), neměli jsme balkón a velmi nám chybělo, že nemáme kde sušit plavky, ručníky,.. Ani na pokoji nebyl sušák a v koupelně topící žebřík. To, že do hotelu se jezdí hlavně na wellnes, by se s tímto mělo počítat. Na pokoji nebyla varná konvice na uvaření kávy nebo čaje. Klimatizace jela na maximum, ale i tak bylo velmi teplo.

Too expensive and not recommended when it is very warm outside.
Pros:

The half board formula is very nice, the food was good, something for everybody!

Cons:

The airconditioning was not sufficient to give the room a comfortable temperature given the heat outside (38°C). We were staying on the top floor, under the room and near the atrium...
Booking.com mentioned that an additional fee might apply when travelling with pets. We only discovered it was €30/night!!! after booking, and did not have free cancellation. I don't understand why it is this much, since a dog doesn't consume extra electricity or water, and we didn't have our room cleaned during our 4night stay.
In general this is an old hotel, and I'm not convinced it is worth the money they charge per night.

Ami tetszett: Minden könnyen megközelíthető, kedves, előzékeny személyzet. Ételek ízletesek finomak, mindenki nagyon kedves. Étterem rész 10/10. Uszoda és az epületen látszik a 80as 90es évek stílusa viszont nekünk tetszett az is, igen látszik hogy nem mai,de nekünk tetszett végülis van minden ami kell. Nem kell mindennek luxinak lenni. Szobak felújítottak ,fürdő picike de a célnak megfelel. Szerintem még biztos hogy fogunk ide jönni.
Ami nem annyira tetszett: Elviselhetetlen meleg a szobán, patagzott rólunk a víz, abban pihenni nem lehetett. Többen próbálták oldani a recepción. Már 20:30koz zárják az uszodát, pedig akkor volt a legjobb, legalább főszezonban hagyhatnák tovabb is. Többen csalódottan sétáltak vissza a szobára izzadni. Még a kerti kis bár is 20:30kor bezár. 20:30kor megállt az élet. Parkolás katasztrófa. Hétköznap a város is 22:00ig él.
