Pros:

Strava výborná, hotel dobrý, termálny bazén i plavecký bazén OK.

Cons:

Organizácia obsluhy v kaviarni na prízemí večer. Bola pomalá - zrejme poddimenzovaná (jedna osoba na všetko). Množstvo času a energie obsluha venovala evidencii a vybavovaniu platieb za útratu (nahlásenie čísla izby, nahodenie útraty do pokladne, vytlačenie účtenky, vypísanie čísla izby, vypísanie mena hosťa, podpísanie účtenky, jej prevzatie a založenie). Niekedy bolo potrebné čakať v rade za účelom zrovnania útraty. Dialo sa to všetko pri pulte, nie u stola. V čase, keď sa kaviareň naplnila a kedy sa obsluhujúci čašník musel venovať i tejto činnosti, nutne zanedbával obsluhu, prinášanie nápojov, prípravu kávy ... . Nutne vznikal dojem, že nemôže mať prehľad o prichádzajúcich hosťoch a ak ste si sadli do výklenku vedľa baru, na ktorý od pultu nebolo vidno, vznikala obava, že o vás ani nevie.

Tolles Frühstück, freundliches Personal

Die Halbpension am Abend ist für 2..3 Tage ok, ich bin aber 12 Tage da, leider immer das Gleiche.
Ich kann es nicht mehr sehen. Die Dessertauswahl ist auch sehr einfallslos ich habe noch nie so eine langweilige, lieblose Auswahl gehabt.
Da sollte man das Personal mal nach Varna ins Palast Hotel zum lernen senden, das da war ein Traum, das hier ist eher untere Klasse. Das Zimmer war kalt (16 Grad) nach dem 2.Energischen Nachfragen konnten wir dann ein auf der Sonnenseite liegendendes Zimmer wechseln, das ist ok.
Ich bin im Frühsommer hier und da sind die Temperaturen noch sehr frisch, da möchte man doch etwas Heizung haben und nicht vom Flur mit 24 Grad in ein gekühlten Zimmer gehen Alles in Allem ich würde in dieses Hotel nie mehr fahren, ein Schnäppchen ist es ja auch nicht und da habe ich mir deutlich eine vessere Versorgung erhofft.
