Essen qualitativ so schlecht wie würden nicht wieder kommen

„Leider hat unser Aufenthalt vor allem kulinarisch sehr enttäuscht. Sowohl das Frühstück als auch das Abendessen waren von äußerst schwacher Qualität. Die Speisen wirkten billig, geschmacklos und wenig frisch – insgesamt erinnerte alles eher an eine einfache Großküche ohne jede Raffinesse oder Liebe zum Detail.

Gerade bei einem Hotel erwartet man zumindest eine solide, ansprechende Verpflegung, doch hier hatte man den Eindruck, dass an der Qualität konsequent gespart wird. In dieser Form ist das Angebot definitiv nicht empfehlenswert. Wir haben selten so schlecht gegessen – weder beim Frühstück noch beim Abendessen konnten die Speisen überzeugen.

Hier wäre es dringend notwendig, mehr Wert auf hochwertige Zutaten und eine bessere Zubereitung zu legen. Mit etwas mehr Sorgfalt und vielleicht regionalen Produkten ließe sich das Niveau deutlich anheben.

Aus kulinarischer Sicht würden wir das Hotel daher nicht noch einmal wählen.“

Overall, a decent mid-range stay with strong thermal facilities, but somewhat limited by dated rooms
Pros:

We particularly appreciated the hotel’s own thermal water pools, which are a major advantage and a key part of the experience. The room was clean and well maintained, and the view from our premium room was excellent. The food quality at both breakfast and dinner was good, and most of the staff were polite and professional.

Cons:

The main drawbacks were the dated condition of the rooms and facilities, which have not been fully modernized since their reconstruction. The ongoing renovations also affected the overall atmosphere with some dust and aesthetic disruption during the day. The mattress was too soft and worn, which impacted sleeping comfort. In the restaurant, the limited selection and small serving area led to long queues at peak times, and there was one instance of less courteous service.

Очень хорошая кровать,мягкая,хороший спа. Близко к озеру. Восторга от отеля нет. Не вернусь.

Cons:

Отвратительная еда. И завтрак и ужин просто ужасно . Все не вкусно и выбор маленький. Но наверно дело вкуса.
Контингент в основном пожилые люди,мне 60+ я себя чувствовала девочкой на фоне остальных. Для курящих есть только 2 места для курения это на веранде бара и уголок на веранде главного ресторана,на собственном балконе курить нельзя. Скучно

Pros:

Snídaně i večeře byly bohaté, pokoje i prostory hotelu byly čisté, postele pohodlné a personál byl ochotný a vstřícný.

Cons:

Vybavení pokojů bylo starší, u nábytku by to nevadilo, ale některé drobné prvky vyžadují opravu (např. věšáčky v koupelně, držáky na mýdlo, sušák na balkoně apod). Byli jsme s dětmi a hotel nemá bazén výhradně pro děti, možná pro některé hosty vyžadující klidnou relaxaci, může dětský element v bazénu působit rušivě.
