Cumplió con todas las expectativas. Ubicación excelente, a sólo pocos minutos de todo. Llegar en tren fue bastante bueno porque el hotel está a sólo 10 minutos caminando. La atención del personal es excelente, muy preocupados. El desayuno también muy bueno. Otro punto a destacar es que el hotel está a un minuto del paradero de bus que debes tomar para ir al aeropuerto y ese trayecto tarda unos 20 a 25 minutos. Para pagar el bus debes tener tarjeta de crédito y se paga 1 tarjeta por persona, no puedes pagar 2 pasajes con una misma tarjeta. Muy recomendable!

Cons:

Tal vez, el aspecto a mejorar, podría ser la hora del desayuno. En vez de terminar a las 10:00, que terminara a las 11:00. El resto, todo impecable y muy recomendable.

Clean room, helpful staff, location near the Old Town
Pros:

The staff were very helpful and the room was clean. The location is right at the entrance of the Old Town and 5 minute walk from the Central train and bus stations.

Good value for money, calm, and well located
Pros:

The hotel is well located.
The premises are beautiful and historical.
Room are clean.
Wifi is very fast.

Forget allll the postive things if you cannot sleep at night or have no rest at all with the noise next to your room and when the staff has no control of that..will not stay again..

Lovely little stay
Pros:

Local to Old Town and was clean and friendly and easy booking room was lovely and clean and big.

I’d go back there again for sure.
