Pros:

Freundlichkeit u Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals an der Rezeption außergewöhnlich!! Schnelligkeit und Sauberkeit beim Frühstück, immer ein freundliches Lächeln und Wort, toll!

Cons:

Das Frühstück lecker und großzügig, sehr guter Kaffee!!…aber es gab zuwenig Käseauswahl, bzw. jeden Tag das gleiche, immerhin ist Südtirol auch ein „Käseland“. Das war leider nicht so fein.

Wir kommen gerne wieder
Pros:

Unsere Suite war ruhig und mit Blick auf den Fluss. Sie war ausreichend groß, der Balkon ebenfalls. Das Personal (Rezeption, Reinigung, Frühstück) war durchweg freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer ansprechbar. Das Frühstück war sehr umfangreich und es wurde ständig nachgelegt. Die Altstadt ist über die Promenade fußläufig erreichbar. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Cons:

Einen Punktabzug bei der Ausstattung würde ich geben, da keine Klimaanlage vorhanden ist. Das wussten wir aber vorher. Stattdessen verfügt jedes Zimmer über einen Ventilator. Außerdem hätten wir uns eine hellere Lampe am Badezimmerspiegel gewünscht. Aber alles nichts Gravierendes. Wir waren ansonsten super zufrieden mit dem Hotel.

Hotel Flora e veramente bello ci sono stata nel 2024 e abbiamo optato x l hanno dopo che dire niente... tutto molto pulito molto accogliente personale super gentile.. Posizione ottima camere caldissime colazione super abbondanto e ottime! ... Che dire che ci ritorneremo sicuramente!
