die Lage des Hotels … das Frühstück war exzellent und das Personal war super freundlich .,,

Cons:

die Betten waren für uns viel zu hart… die Dusche mit der Badewanne und der Duschkopf war sehr locker… so das man nicht richtig duschen konnte… unsere Zimmer Nr 208 sind nach der 2. Nacht abgereist…

Za hotel smo se odločili zavestno in iz radovednosti, saj gre za najstarejši hotel, z izjemo zgodovino in lepimi spomini
Pros:

Prijazno osebje. Lokacija v centru mesta. Sobe - morska stran z balkonom.

Cons:

Gradbena dela - glasno, prašno. Neuporabna oba bazena. Hrana, v primerjavi z drugimi hoteli, precej slabša ponudba - po kvaliteti in izbiri. Z deli in posegi se spreminja izgled tega zgodovinskega hotela z dušo v novodobno, moderno turistično ponudbo.

Leider nicht zufriedenstellend. Ich werde diese Unterkunft nicht mehr buchen. Preis/Leistung einfach nicht zufrieden
Pros:

Es war einer sehr saubere und schöne historische Unterkunft. Leider waren der Pool und der Außenbereich eine Baustelle. Der SPA und Wellness Bereich sehr sehr klein und auch nur beschränkt Öffnungszeiten. Somit bietet das Hotel sehr wenig für den Preis und die Sterne-Kategorie.

Cons:

Die versteckten Kosten.
Hund kostet extra € 70 pro Nacht (wird nirgendwo erwähnt) Was meiner Meinung nach unverhältnismäßig und total überzogen ist! Eigentlich eine komplette Frechheit!

Dann kommen noch die €30 Parkplatz pro Tag dazu.

Also kann man pro Tag noch € 100 dazurechnen. Damit werden Gäste getäuscht und verascht. Wenn die Preise transparent sind, dann entscheidet man sich bewusst dazu aber diese vorgehensweise ist einfach “falsch“.

Dann wird vom Angestellten auch noch erwähnt, dass sie total unterbesetzt sind und deshalb (wie bei uns) lange Wartezeiten beim Check in sind. Somit wird unsere Urlaubszeit verkürzt und bei diesen Preis wünscht man sich schon eine bessere Betreuung.

Ich habe den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt (vielen Dank auch an das Personal). Sehr schönes Gebäude, direkt am Strand, tolle Aussicht von meinem Zimmer, ruhig gelegen, sehr freundliches Personal, tolle Massage und großartiges Essen.

Nachts war von weiter weg von einer Diskothek Musik zu hören. Mit geschlossenen Türen konnte ich gut schlafen und war kein Problem für mich- toll fand ich es aber auch nicht. Es wäre empfehlenswert, wenn die Politik in Opatja so spät laute Musik nicht duldet und erlaubt! Ein Gesetz dafür wäre wünschenswert! Vielleicht kann man sich ja dafür einsetzen.
