Camera spaziosa e accogliente, il personale alla reception è stato professionale e molto cordiale allo stesso tempo, pulizia impeccabile, la cena preparata dalla chef gustosissima. Altre note interessanti: la vicinanza all'aeroporto, la palestra interna ottima e anche il garage, enorme, gestito dalla reception h24 e perciò accessibile in qualsiasi momento. Soddisfattissima dell'esperienza, mi sento di consigliarlo vivamente!

Pros:

Soggiorno molto positivo presso l'Hotel Futura Centro Congressi di Casoria. La struttura è moderna e ben organizzata, ideale sia per lavoro sia per visitare Napoli. La camera era ampia, pulita e confortevole, perfetta per un riposo tranquillo.
Il personale merita una menzione speciale: cordiale, professionale, disponibile e sempre attento alle esigenze degli ospiti. Ottima la colazione, varia e con prodotti freschi.
La posizione è strategica e facilmente raggiungibile, con un comodo parcheggio. Posso dire che è stata davvero una bella esperienza: un hotel che offre comfort, pulizia e un’accoglienza di qualità: Molto consigliato, ci tornerò spesso!

The safe in the room didn’t work. Apart from the room itself, the rest of the hotel was extremely hot. There was no air conditioning at the reception, only a small fan. The hallways, staircases, and other common areas were also very warm and uncomfortable.

Breakfast was good on Saturday, but on Friday the food didn’t seem fresh.

At around 7:00 a.m., I was woken up by people working with drills directly above my room. The loud construction noise started very early and completely disturbed my sleep.

Nice staff but wouldn't go back.
Pros:

The reception staff are really nice and they went out of their way to provide gluten free breakfast items.

Cons:

The hotel is not in a nice area, the beds are solid like trying to sleep without a mattress, it's also really noisy from traffic, people outside and planes. Trying to get to the airport is a mission as no taxis cover the area.

Muy buen hotel, habitaciones amplias, camas cómodas. Buen y variado desayuno. Parking propio y la cercanía al aeropuerto. Zona tranquila.

Cons:

Está alejado del centro, pero se accede con transporte público, ya que a pesar de estar con auto, manejar en Nápoles es complicado, al menos para mi.
