Amazing hotel, just needs to be tweaked a bit.
Pros:

It was beautiful, convenient, good staff, garage / parking below the hotel.

Cons:

The power went out, so it was HOT! When the power came back, the mini split didn’t work well, so we were hot all night.

Cons:

It was horrible, tired rooms, grubby outer bedding but room and sheets very clean. Very tired, no atmosphere, empty restaraunt with both waitress staff and reception appearing to have nothing to do. Too many people ion the front desk. Location terrible for the airport as unable to walk as busy roads and no shuttle bus available from the hotel which left with the only option of taking an over priced taxi as they were coming from technically a different district so charged more. Walk into Naples the night before felt dangerous as back streets and as it was dark when we wanted to return opted to take public bus where someone thieving guy tried to dip into our back pack while we were figuring out bus app as they don’t take card or cash. Absolute worst part of our honeymoon.

Pros:

Hotel pulito, colazione abbondante e staff gentile. Posizione ottima. Ho parcheggiato la macchina nel parcheggio dell'hotel e mi sono spostato con i mezzi. Davanti l'hotel c'è la fermata del bus (169) che porta alla stazione e poi metrò.

Cons:

Al momento ha causa di una deviazione, la fermata di ritorno è cambiata. Bisogna farsi lasciare prima del MC Donald's

Ottima struttura, da consigliare..!
Pros:

Soggiorno molto positivo presso l'Hotel Futura Centro Congressi di Casoria. La struttura è moderna e ben organizzata, ideale sia per lavoro sia per visitare Napoli. La camera era ampia, pulita e confortevole, perfetta per un riposo tranquillo.
Il personale merita una menzione speciale: cordiale, professionale, disponibile e sempre attento alle esigenze degli ospiti. Ottima la colazione, varia e con prodotti freschi.
La posizione è strategica e facilmente raggiungibile, con un comodo parcheggio. Posso dire che è stata davvero una bella esperienza: un hotel che offre comfort, pulizia e un’accoglienza di qualità: Molto consigliato, ci tornerò spesso!

Camera spaziosa e accogliente, il personale alla reception è stato professionale e molto cordiale allo stesso tempo, pulizia impeccabile, la cena preparata dalla chef gustosissima. Altre note interessanti: la vicinanza all'aeroporto, la palestra interna ottima e anche il garage, enorme, gestito dalla reception h24 e perciò accessibile in qualsiasi momento. Soddisfattissima dell'esperienza, mi sento di consigliarlo vivamente!
