Pues en el baño a la ducha le hace falta una actualización, la manguera estaba rota y el chorro de la misma está obstruido en algunas zonas, el plato de ducha también resbalaba

Personnel vraiment très gentil. Le hall d’entrée est agréable. Une chance car la chambre est minuscule.
Pros:

Il est situé à proximité de l’aéroport.

Cons:

Les lits sont très petits. Il n’y a pas de lit King ou double. Seulement 3 petits lits entassé les uns sur les autres. Pour un couple avec 1 enfant ce n’était pas l’idéal.

Un desagradable comienzo pero un final satisfactorio
Pros:

El trato recibido por la dirección cuando puse de manifiesto mi total desagrado ante la calidad precio recibida. Tengo que decir que mi queja fue atendida de manera muy correcta e inmediata, incluso me sentí abrumada ante la respuesta de la dirección para solventar mi desagrado con varias medidas tomadas al respecto

Que ofrecen un servicio de traslado al aeropuerto hasta las 23hs, pero nos sentimos muy presionadas y agobiadas porque nos metían prisa porque nuestro vuelo se había retrasado un poco, en vez de a las 21, llego 21:30 y a las 21 ya tenia llamadas perdidas que obviamente no podía atender porque estaba volando , luego me decían que a ver si llegaban a recogerme porque a las 22:45 el bus ya debía estar de regreso al hotel, cosa que no entiendo porque si el servicio es hasta las 23 es hasta las 23!! Y luego al final estuvimos más de 15 minutos esperando que nos recojan, tanta prisa que nos metieron para nada.
Otra cosa es que las almohadas eran bastante incómodas , hoteles de esta categoría suelen tener mejores almohadas

Thorough enjoyed our stay. Really appreciate the pick up and drop off from and to the airport.
Pros:

Coffee was excellent. Prices for wine very good. Great staff all round.

Cons:

We missed tea and coffee available in our room.
