I would choose this hotel next time I’ll come to Madrid for sure!
Pros:

The stuff were very kind and helpful, I want to mention Leticia she was very nice to us. The hotel is amazing, the rooms super comfy and clean, the location for us was perfect as it was close to the airport, the hotel allowed us to store our bags for a while and took really good care of them. I highly recommend to stay in this beautiful hotel.

Pros:

Un hotel bonito cerca del aeropuerto de Madrid.Cama confortable y buena ducha.Desayuno aceptable. Servicio de traslado al aeropuerto gratuito bajo peticion.

Cons:

Deberian de tener una alfombra en el plato de la ducha...me di mi buena caida.
El traslado del aeropuerto solo es entre semana.

Pros:

Mal el trato de recepción avisando con tiempo de poder llegar al alojamiento por trabajo así todo me cargaron la habitación sin ninguna posibilidad de cambio.200 euros sin poder ir por causas de trabajo que expuse.

No pude escoger otro hotel en esas fechas, pero sin duda no repetiría mi estancia allíía
Pros:

No cogimos desayuno al hacer la reserva porque nos pareció un precio excesivo, sin embargo estando alojados decidimos desayunar en el hotel, y la alimentación ofrecida fue de muy buena calidad.

Cons:

Para empezar cogí una oferta en la página de booking, y posteriormente el hotel me informó que debíamos pagar un precio superior por llevar un niño, (en la oferta de booking.com no me ofrecía la posibilidad de añadir un menor), a pesar de que para dormir no necesitábamos una cama supletoria ni hacer ningún gasto adicional.
Al asomarnos a la ventana vimos una pequeña mancha de sangre en el alféizar.
El aroma del gel y el champú era un poco desagradable.
Mientras desayunábamos vimos como al camarero se le cayó un pan al suelo y acto seguido lo metió en la tostadora... afortunadamente no era para nosotros.

Todo esto son pequeños detalles que un hotel de esta categoría debería cuidar.
