Gostamos muito da funcionária Brasileira, morena muito simpática, foi pena ela não estar hoje quando viemos embora, queríamos deixar uma gratificação pessoalmente a ela.
O pessoal da recepção também muito simpático. Sem nada a apontar
Acho que eram estagiárias que estavam no quinto andar no buffet do pequeno almoço. A jovem loura muito simpática, apesar de não falar português, sempre bem disposta. As outras nem por isso, em excepção a jovem de sábado, acho que brasileira. Não sou brasileira, mas o pessoal brasileiro que trabalha no hotel Luna Esperança, merece sem dúvida um bem haja.
Ambiente excelente, tranquilo, funcionários super simpáticos, excelente serviço de limpeza.

Кондиціонер працював добре, кімната була прохолодною завжди, навіть якщо кондиціонер був виключений, при температурі на вулиці 31 градус. Також доволі комфортне ліжко та подушки. Привітний персонал, я почувала себе добре під час комунікації з персоналом. Гарне розташування готелю, близько до центру та Porto Setúbal 2хв пішки, звідти можна допливати на кораблі в напрямку Troja.
Я знімала кімнату для одного, в кімнаті не було кавомашинки, всі меблі дуже старі, сніданки я поставлю 6/10 було непогано, але не для мене. Ціна якості не відповідає, так як готель дуже старий і власники не модернізують ремонт. Я знімала готель також в Лассабоні не далеко від центру , ціна була в два рази нижча, а готель сучасний з гарним ремонтом та сніданки були кращі. Я б не рекомендувала цей готель !
