Elevador avariado. Estive neste mesmo Hotel no Natal e o elevador avariou na véspera de Natal, não sei se está avariado desde essa altura mas não deixe de ser uma coincidência estranha.
Esqueci-me de marcar pequeno almoço quando fiz a reserva e em vez de 5,50€/pessoa custo para a booking no hotel o valor são 15,00€/pessoa. Achei diferença exagerada.

estadia no Luna Esperança foi muito positiva. O ponto alto, sem dúvida, são os funcionários espetaculares. O hotel é muito limpo e a localização é perfeita: perto de tudo, facilitando muito o passeio pela cidade e o acesso ao porto. Um excelente custo-benefício para quem visita Setúbal

Cons:

Infelizmente, o elevador apresentou problemas e estava com funcionamento irregular durante a estadia. Foi um ponto negativo que causou algum transtorno, mas que não apagou o brilho do atendimento impecável da equipe. Espero que a manutenção resolva logo, pois o hotel é ótimo.
