Mala experiencia, no lo recomendamos
Pros:

La ubicación aunque está a la otra punta de las calas "conocidas" pero está a 300 metros de Binibeca Vell

Cons:

Hemos pasado 5 días en este hotel y nos vamos muy decepcionados. Nada más llegar, la habitación tenía una plaga de hormigas bajo el sofá y junto a la ventana. Al pedir un cambio en recepción, ya que no nos parecía la mejor bienvenida, la respuesta inicial fue que la recepcionista subiera personalmente con un insecticida y una escoba, algo que consideramos impropio en un hotel de estas características. Solo tras insistir, nos cambiaron de habitación, aunque no les hizo mucha gracia.
Lo peor vino después: olvidé un neceser con todos mis productos de aseo en la primera habitación. Lo comunicamos a recepción, pero nadie —ni el servicio de limpieza ni los siguientes huéspedes— lo encontró, y el hotel no ofreció ninguna solución ni asumió responsabilidad. Esto me obligó a gastar dinero para comprar productos nuevos y poder sentirme algo cómoda el resto de los días.
Por miedo a que desaparecieran más cosas, no permitimos que nadie entrara a limpiar durante el resto de la estancia.
En resumen: mala gestión de incidencias, desaparición de objetos personales, cero empatía y sensación constante de desconfianza. No volveremos y no recomendamos este hotel.

Vacances dans un très beau lieu!
Pros:

Petit déjeuner sur la terrasse, restaurant, accueil

Cons:

Les horaires de la piscine sont trop restreints. Impossible de profiter de la piscine quand on visite l’île.
Le coin cuisine est trop petit et il n’y avait pas d’équipement (casserole, couverts, …)

Emplacement fabuleux
Pros:

Emplacement exceptionnel. Petit déjeuner très complet. Chambre spacieuse, hotel sans enfants, 3 piscine donc les clients sont éparpillés.

Cons:

Définitivement le personnel! incompétent, familier (au restaurant de la piscine), pas agréable, service très long. Au petit déjeuner la queue tous les matins devant la machine à café. Pas de sèche cheveux plus puissant que celui proposé dans la chambre. Le dernier jour nous quittions l'hotel très tôt, il est proposé aux clients de l'hotel d'avoir un petit déjeuner préparé la veille, à prendre avant notre départ. Nous avons demandé à l'avoir à 6H30 et le matin même, il n'y avait aucune trace de notre demande. Donc j'ai payé un petit déjeuné que je n'ai jamais eu!!!!

La contrariedad fue la falta de control de las tumbonas y camas para tomar el sol en la piscinas. No se vigila que hay huéspedes que dejan su toalla cuando se ausentan por un tiempo de la piscina, impidiendo ser ocupadas estas por otros

Bien mais ménage à revoir
Pros:

La localisation idéale, juste en face du village magnifique de Binibeca. Le personnel est accueillant, serviable.

Cons:

Le sol était très sale lorsque nous sommes arrivées. Le ménage n’a été fait qu’au bout de 2 jours, après que nous ayons du le demander 3 fois ! Aucun dédommagement proposé alors que le ménage était quotidien était compris dans le prix.
Le petit déjeuner est correct mais il pourrait être plus varié et comporté des spécialités locales.

Les chambres sont très spacieuses propres
avec un lit ultra grand Le petit déjeuner gargantuesque il y en a pour tous les goûts
Trois piscines très agréables
Bien situé avec une vue et un accès au village de Binibeca en direct

Cons:

Dommage qu’il n’y ai pas une casserole et poêle ds la kitchenette

Gostámos muito da localização, das piscinas, do pequeno-almoço e da simpatia dos funcionários

Cons:

O chuveiro não funcionou devidamente, a temperatura da água oscilava entre muito reduzida e muito elevada, sendo desconfortável tomar duche.
