• TOURIST TAXES will be requested at your arrival. Amount 2,20€ per person (+16 years) and per night. As this is a government levy, that will never be charged within the total of the reservation, neither before the arrival.
• SERVICES:
A baby kit suitable for children under 2 years and weighing less than 15 kg, is available on request. The kit includes a cot with 1 bed sheet and a high chair for infants aged from 6 months old. Extra charges applied (from 33€)
When travelling with pets, please note that an extra charge applies: 20 EUR per pet and per day. Please note that pets weighing less than 10 kg are allowed. (1 pet per room)

Clean good location and food was excellent with mant lovely walks around
Not much to do .. if you had mobility issues difficult to get around.

Pequeno almoço muito bom, staff atencioso, localização fantástica. A ligação pedestre a Binibeca velha funciona muito bem.
A vereda que vai para Binibeca, ainda dentro do hotel estava muito suja, com dejetos no chão e um odor a wc improvisado. Pena porque todo o hotel é muito cuidado, exceto aquela zona.
The view of the village is amazing. Room was clean and breakfast was generous enough, tho you're left without many options if you're there around 10am
I really didn't appreciate that we were told every day at 10.30 that we have to leave. Not only that the buffet is closing, but we were literally told to leave the premises. It's the first time I'm experiencing this. I appreciate they are maybe short on staff and there is pressure to start lunch downstairs in the restaurant, but you can come across rude when you're not able to have your breakfast in peace. The curious thing was that the last day we were there, there was some kind of manager and few people only started to have breakfast at 10.30 and no one was rushing anyone. There is also the issue of city tax being charged for two when there is only one person occupying the room.

Staff hotel is very helpful. The hotel has fantastic locatin. It is based beautifully with easy access. Car park is available. Continental breakfast style offers good choices, and serving hours are long enough. You are offered breakfast with beautiful views due to the hotel setting. It is very relaxing. I came at the very start of the season. I didn't use swimming pools or small gym facilities, so I can't comment on them. The hotel fully accommodated my needs for the time I stayed, and I would recommend this hotel.
I didn't use the kitchen in the room. I noticed all the explanations about the kitchen and cleaning in the welcome leaflet. However, I would say the kitchen bin should be checked and emptied daily as a part of the cleaning routine.
La localisation idéale, juste en face du village magnifique de Binibeca. Le personnel est accueillant, serviable.
Le sol était très sale lorsque nous sommes arrivées. Le ménage n’a été fait qu’au bout de 2 jours, après que nous ayons du le demander 3 fois ! Aucun dédommagement proposé alors que le ménage était quotidien était compris dans le prix.
Le petit déjeuner est correct mais il pourrait être plus varié et comporté des spécialités locales.
