Bellissimo
Pros:

L'albergo è bellissimo e lo staff è gentile e professionale. Ottima colazione

Cons:

Assolutamente il parcheggio. Per quanto ci sia il parcheggio convenzionato fare tutta quella strada a piedi in salita con le valigie è veramente disagevole.

Shower drain was clogged so we were standing in a pool of water while showering. No proper mirror in the bedroom.

Palazzo Leti is in an amazing location, with views that can't be beat. The staff are super nice. The vibe is old world elegance, but not pretentious, just comfortable. We last visited 20 years previously and it hadn't changed much, even though things had obviously been renovated and updated over the years. The only downside is how difficult it is to get to it through the Zona a Traffico Limitato and the very narrow streets. Highly recommended.

Un séjour inoubliable, nous reviendrons !
Pros:

Les réceptionnistes étaient charmants, accueillants, serviables, souriants. Le petit jardin est un hâvre de paix et il a été très agréable d'attendre l'heure de notre taxi à l'ombre près de la fontaine.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner n'était pas de très bonne qualité : peu de choix, nourriture très ordinaire, bon marché. Il serait souhaitable que l'établissement l'améliore. En revanche, les tables sur la terrasse sous les parasols étaient très agréables.

Muy buena ubicación
Pros:

Ubicado en el centro histórico de la ciudad a pasos de todo. Tiene estacionamiento que si está completo te dan más opciones . Puedes entrar con el carro a la zona restringida cosa que lo hace muy cómodo

qualche difficolta' per raggiungerlo; poi bello!
Pros:

Spoleto e' bellissima l'hotel affascinante ed e' bello cosi come e'; va segnalato che non e' raggiungibile con grossi mezzi perche' le strade della citta' che portano all'hotel sono molto strette, quindi se avete un suv o similari consiglio di deve lasciare l auto nel parcheggio (telefonate all'hotel) che in pochi minuti porta all'hotel

Posizione ed edificio

Cons:

Io sono celiaca, nonostante aver avvisato ed essere stata rassicurata più volte, mi viene servita una brioche con il glutine. Capisco che si possa sbagliare ma non lo trovo accettabile in una struttura alberghiera. Devo ringraziare il mio compagno che se n’è accorto in tempo, prima che accadesse l’irreparabile
