Hotel Villa Felice Relais

Everything about the hotel is perfect. Cristina was very good with communication prior to our arrival and throughout our stay. She is a lovely person and an excellent hostess. We had a beautiful room with a lovely terrace with an incredible view overlooking the sea. Our room was exceptionally clean; the beds were very comfortable and the A/C worked very well. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast every morning on the hotel terrace. Cristiana, Olga and Fabio took great care to make sure I had the perfect cappuccino every morning and our eggs were made to order. There are stairs leading down to Amalfi across the street from the hotel which we used almost every day. We preferred walking back up the stairs as we enjoy the exercise; but there is also a bus stop right outside the hotel. It was so nice to stay up in a peaceful setting above the busy town of Amalfi. We loved Amalfi and what it has to offer:

L'accoglienza che difficilmente dimenticheremo e la vista spettacolare della terrazza!

Warmherzige Betreuung angefangen mit der Routenberatung, wir fühlten uns herzlichst willkommen, begleitet und bedient. Jeder Wunsch, Äußerung, Frage oder Bitte wurde sofort beantwortet, befriedigt oder geklärt. Wir bekamen ungefragt einen Upgrade mit Terasse, einfach so, weil wir 7 Nächte buchten. Christiane beriet uns bei all unseren Anliegen, Tipps, Kontakte, Erklärungen. Restaurants, Bootstour, Busverbindung, etc... alles!
Unglaublich sauber, lichtdurchflutet, super Ausstattung, die beste Klimaanlage der Welt! Wunderschöne Bodenfließen, tolle Betten, Badewanne mit Whirlpoolfunktion, starkes W-lan, moderne TV-Anlage, tolle Terassenmöbel... Reichhaltiger Frühstück, alle Wünsche von den Augen abgelesen, regional, traditionell, frisch und abwechslungsreich.
Mega Lage, großartige Ausblick, die Küste ist der Wahnsinn. Die Bushaltestelle ist direkt vor der Tür- so ist Amalfi (Innenstadt, Hafen, Bahnhof, Strände, alles....) ist in 20 Minuten erreichbar.
Auch Treppen führen zur Küste runter (einige... wir zählten über 1200 bus zum Strand).

Es lohnt sich die Stufen zu erklimmen, die Mühen werden reichlich belohnt.

Beautiful, quiet hotel (away from the mad hustle & bustle of Amalfi) tucked in the hillside of the Amalfi coast, with stunning views.
Practical points for other travellers:
- Breakfast (served on the terrace) was a good spread; vegetables, huge fruit salad bowl, pastries & eggs cooked to order.
- Friendly staff; Cristina (the host), chef, cleaner & French bulldog Lilo!
- About 20 outdoor steps from bus stop to reception, another 20 steps to get to the rooms. Buses are around 1 x hour, going to Amalfi.
- Room was very clean ,& comfortable, AC and stunning views from balcony.
- No restaurant at hotel, but friendly, family-run restaurant serving delicious food, in the village up from the hotel; the father of the family gives lifts to & from for guests of the hotel. Stunning mountain views from the restaurant balcony.
- Note: the bus stop to get off at, is named "Lone". There are actually 2 stops with this name. If travelling from Amalfi, get off at the 2nd "Lone" bus stop - up the hill from the first.

La posizione panoramica e tranquilla, la splendida vista su Amalfi, la pulizia e l’accoglienza della struttura. Ho apprezzato molto anche la gentilezza e la simpatia di Cristiana, che ci ha fatto sentire subito a nostro agio. Un ambiente curato, piacevole e ideale per godersi Amalfi in totale relax.

Un'accoglienza eccezionale grazie alla proprietaria Cristiana e il suo adorabile cagnolino Lilo.
Camera pulitissima con vista spettacolare e uno staff davvero gentile.
L'hotel si trova in una bella posizione tranquilla e proprio sotto c'è la fermata dell'autobus che a 15 minuti ti porta in centro Amalfi !
Che dire.. un'esperienza fantastica! Ve la consiglio

Amalfi un lugar maravilloso.
El hotel queda un poco alejado del centro, hay buses que pasan cada hora ( hasta las 22:00) o taxis que son extremadamente caros. 60 € mínimo.

A very friendly and welcoming host. They took the time to ask us what we wanted and tailored everything to make sure we had the best possible experience, and they definitely succeeded.

The room was very clean, fully air-conditioned, and cleaned daily, which made our stay even more comfortable.

Breakfast was included, and the chef happily prepared whatever we wanted each morning, which was a lovely personal touch.

There is also a very convenient swimming pool and a restaurant right on the doorstep. Christiana, had already told us about it when we arrived, but we were so busy exploring the surrounding area that we didn’t get the chance to visit until our last day.

Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and we would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable place with exceptional hospitality.

We booked the "Deluxe Double Room with Sea View" and it went beyond our expectations. The view in the terrace was incredible. Cristina from the staff was so welcoming. She made sure that we were comfortable and we got the correct information about the area around. And we got lots of free cuddles from her pup "Lilo". The Italian breakfast was perfect with a nice sea view. The room was clean with comfy bedding, and a spacious bathroom with all the toiletries.

Christiana, Fabio and Olga were supportive and friendly. The location of the hotel was very convenient, the bus stop is just infront of the hotel. It was high up but you could walk down to amalfi in 20 minutes if you dont want to walk you can take the bus down to amalfi. The view from the hotel was amazing. The breakfast was incredible you could order your egg from Fabio and he would make it with perfection. The rooms were big and comfortable.

From the minute we arrived, we knew we were going to enjoy our stay at Hotel Villa Felice Relais. Christiana greeted us and helped us with our luggages (much appreciated!!). The hotel is on a hill so there's a few steps to the from the entrance to the main door but this was worth it when we saw the view from our rooms and the breakfast area. The hotel was clean, bed was comfortable, breakfast was simple but good (the chef and the nice lady taking care of the coffee and food area was very sweet and pleasant- SO SORRY we didn't get their names!). The bus stops right in front of the hotel. Other than the fact that the hotel is not in the main center (it's a 10 min bus ride), I can not say anything negative about it.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The view from our room was 10/10. The host Cristiana and staff Olga and Fabio were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The location was perfect, around 5-7 minutes to Amalfi center and beaches by scooter, around 40 minutes to Positano by scooter and around 20-30 minutes to Minori and Miori by scooter. Breakfast was fresh and delicious with plenty of options. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Il bellissimo panorama sul terrazzo dove si faceva colazione , e dalla nostra camera con terrazzino con splendida vista mare del golfo di Amalfi .Camere belle unite ,l’accoglienza ottima fa parte della proprietaria ..buona anche la colazione ..ottimi i pancake..grazie infinite
