À cause de cette duperie concernant les petit déjeuners, expérience client très mauvaise.
Cons:

Rien au final car forte déception lors du check out. Petit déjeuners facturés alors que lors du Check in, la personne m’a dit que faisant partie du club Genius dont je ne connaissais pas l’existence, les petit déjeuners étaient offerts. Lors de ma réservation, je ne les avais pas inclus car préférant me débrouiller par moi même. Je me sens abusé commercialement et trouvé le procédé malhonnête. Ce n’est pas le fait de m’acquitter de 30€ qui questionne. C’est d’avoir été leurré lors du check-in pour quelque chose que je ne voulais pas à la base.
Expérience client très décevante au final.
De plus, Clim non fonctionnelle car ne permettait pas de rafraîchir la pièce. C’était un point important pour moi car ma mère , âgée de 83a, m’ accompagné.

Cosy boutique hotel near train station
Pros:

Have stayed before - staff are incredibly welcoming, the location is fantastic for walking into town, yet being right next to the station for ease - especially if you have to get to the airport.
The rooms are fairly spacious, uncluttered, clean, comfy and well decorated.
The breakfast is delicious if you chose that option.
My partner and I hope to be back in the near future.

Comfortabele overnachting op een hele handige plek tegenover het station.
Pros:

Met zorg gerenoveerd hotel. Erg leuk ingericht. Ook al is de kamer aan de straat, de dubbele ramen isoleren het geluid goed. En er is airco!

Great location and quiet even with a room facing the station. Air conditioning did a great job against the 35 degree weather. Was able to store our luggage easily.

Prima hotel voor kort verblijf in Bordeaux
Pros:

Prijs/kwaliteit verhouding. Kamer (ruim) was koel toen we aankwamen, goed ruim bed en rustig (we zaten aan de achterkant).

Cons:

Ontbijt kan beter. Geeft niet dat het eenvoudig is maar dan wel met goede verse producten. Helaas was dit niet helemaal het geval.

Een mooi en sfeervol hotel! Het personeel is vriendelijk en het ontbijt is goed. We waren er in een warme week (40 graden), dus de airco op de kamer was erg fijn.
