Pros:

La ubicación por trabajo. Conozco la zona y cubre mis necesidades. Zona tranquila aunque con comercio y hostelería cercanos de interés. Aparcamiento cercano si es necesario.

Cons:

Las almohadas eran incomodas, muy blandas y bajas para nuestro gusto. En otras estancias no eran así. Más tipos de almohadas, sería la solución.

Pros:

El personal de recepción, que se esforzó por facilitarnos un estudio con dos camas individuales ( enormes !!) para mi hijo y para mi y la limpieza absoluta de toda las dependencias ( habitación, baño, cocinita)

No volvería. Muy mala relación calidad precio.

Cons:

Muy antiguo, el sofá cama es lamentablemente incómodo y ambas habitaciones sin correcto aislamiento (mucha luz). La cocina lamentable, apenas cuenta con electrodomésticos y tampoco material para limpiar los utensilios.

تعامل الموظفين كان جميل لكن للاسف لم ارتاح في نومي بسبب ريحة الدخان كانت منتشره في كامل الطابق وفي الغرف وايضا الغرفه لا

Confortable beds.

Cons:

Outdated, prison-gray apartments. Bathroom faucets older than me. Given wrong room type, not the one booked. One key for two people (with hotel name which is a security issue). Not enough plugs, even some lamps are not plugged, I guess purely decorative? No light switches next to beds, but in random places.

手頃なお値段の便利なアパートメントホテル
Pros:

ホテルの受付が有るアパートです。部屋は古さは否めませんが、綺麗にされています。冷蔵庫、電子レンジは有りますが、ポットは有りませんでした。
近い駅は、1号線のAlvarado駅で徒歩5分位です。10号線と空港線の8号線のNuevos Ministerios駅からは徒歩15分位で、1号線、2号線、6号線のCuatro Caminos駅からは、徒歩12分位です。10号線のSantiago Bernabeu駅からも歩けると思います。中心地からは離れていますが、便利な所に有ります。

Pros:

Muy buena ubicación: cerca de metro, tren, restaurantes, cafeterías, supermercados,etc.
Estaba muy limpio y era muy amplio.
Muy valorable 24h de recepción.
Recomendable para tu estancia en Madrid

Cons:

Cosas a mejorar:la cocina podría tener un menaje mejor ya que es poco aprovechable.No había jabón ni estropajo para fregar nada.
Hacia mucha calor en la habitación y nos dijeron que hasta la otra semana no se podía poner el aire acondicionado porque iba por conductos ( quizás habría que tener una previsión del tiempo)
