Important information:

You can use the Special Requests box when booking or contact the property.

From Monday to Sunday, treatments at the spa are available only if booked before arrival.

When booking 5 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements will apply.

Please be aware that is mandatory the use of the swimming cap in order to access to the internal pools.

Pets (dogs and cats) are allowed with prior notice and with a supplement of €30/night per pet (maximum 15Kg). The Pets are not allowed in the pool, restaurant, beach or spa.

Pets are allowed in all rooms except the Premium Terrassa Room.

SPA RULES:

- Spa water area open from 9:00-20:00.
- Access to the spa costs 12 EUR per person for 2 hours and includes a bathing cap.
- The use of bathing cap and slippers is mandatory to access the spa.
- Children under 16 years old can access the spa from 11:00 to 13:00.

Erreur à répétition sur les compléments facturés, (nuitée du chien, bouteille de coca en double, ...) soit sur 3 nuits plus de 120€ d'erreur en faveur de l'hôtel: comment peut-on facturés 7 nuits à 30 € (210€) alors que nous ne sommes resté que 3 nuits? Erreur inadmissible, aucun professionnalisme . Une IA aurait vu l'erreur.

Le fait de devoir constamment passer par la réception pour aller de la piscine ou la plage alors que notre chambre était à l’extrémité de l’hôtel, une simple porte avec carte magnétique de la chambre aurait été parfaite pour éviter cela
