From Monday to Sunday, treatments at the spa are available only if booked before arrival.
When booking 5 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements will apply.
Please be aware that is mandatory the use of the swimming cap in order to access to the internal pools.
Pets (dogs and cats) are allowed with prior notice and with a supplement of €30/night per pet (maximum 15Kg). The Pets are not allowed in the pool, restaurant, beach or spa.
Pets are allowed in all rooms except the Premium Terrassa Room.
SPA RULES:
- Spa water area open from 9:00-20:00.
- Access to the spa costs 12 EUR per person for 2 hours and includes a bathing cap.
- The use of bathing cap and slippers is mandatory to access the spa.
- Children under 16 years old can access the spa from 11:00 to 13:00.
Please note that on specific dates such as New Year's Eve and other holidays, different pension formats and prices are established from the rest of the year (subject to availability).Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

La cuvette des WC cassée et une accroche murale cassée.

Notre chambre située au dessus du bar et restaurant benificait » des odeurs et surtout du bruit incessant des ascenseurs très gênants !!! Ayant réservé par booking impression désagréable d’être un peu relégués!…
La vue
Le restaurant fermé trop tôt
L'emplacement de l'hôtel, le cadre, le personnel, la vue sur la mer. Le petit déjeuner est très bien avec un très large choix de produits. Le jardin est magnifique. Nous avons passé un super séjour.
Le fait que l'accès au spa et à la piscine intérieur soit payant en plus du prix de la chambre, mais nous avons passé un très bon séjour

Wifi throughout the hotel is not up to standard and hotel staff needs to be more strict with the parking since dedicated parking spaces are not respected.
Très bon séjour
The location/view is stunning - worth it to get a sea view room. Everything was comfortable and clean in general. Good buffet breakfast options. Outdoor pools are very nice and there is also direct access to the sea down a rocky slip way. There is on street parking around the hotel but it can get busy and sometimes have to circle around until you find a spot but we did not have a problem. Town is a short walk away with lots of restaurants/bars.
Surprised during check-in to be informed about a €12 fee to access the indoor pool (per person for 2 hours) - although apparently this is not applied if you book directly through the hotel website. Also there was a conference on in the hotel for the duration of our stay which, due to the layout of the building, meant we could not access the floor we were staying on by elevator - accessibility issue that we were not informed of during check-in. At 8 months pregnant neither of these factors were ideal or resolved by staff when queried. There was a ‘smart’ TV in the room with only local broadcast channels available and no option to use ‘smart’ features.

No había taxis y tuvimos que ir y venir a la estación de buses a más de 1 kilómetro , caminando y cargando las valijas.

Las vistas y la ubicación excelentes
al reservar por booking, la habitación NO era con cama de matrimonio ni las mejores vistas, pero al comentarlo en recepción, Andrés y la dirección no tuvieron problema en cambiarlo. Excelente atención.
