Die Freundlichkeit des Personals
Das Frühstück war okay.

Cons:

Die Betten waren durchgelegen. Die Matratzen waren kaputt.
Im Gang und im Bad des Zimmers war ein starker Abwassergeruch. Das Zimmer und der Frühstücksbereich waren dreckig. Die Fenster im gesamten Gebäude lange nicht geputzt.

Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt zu empfehlen. Zu Fuß ins Zentrum ist es ein bisschen weit. Preis Leistung voll ok.

Unkompliziertes Einchecken, die Frühstückszeit wählen können. Frühstück war alles ok.

Schmutzig, teuer, billiges Ambiente.
Pros:

Das Gebäude an sich ist schön, die Lage gut.
Frühstück reichhaltig.

Cons:

Zimmer entspricht nicht der Beschreibung, nicht ordentlich gereinigt. Auch die Reinigung während des Aufenthalts ist nicht erfolgt, trotz expliziter Anmeldung.
Hotel will Vorkasse, wahrscheinlich wissen sie, dass es viele Beschwerden gibt.

Jedenfalls nicht zu empfehlen. Man hat sehr das Gefühl, dass hier Profit vor Gästewohl geht.

Besser nicht wieder.
Pros:

Das Thema! Die alte Klavierfabrik umzunutzen ist ein toller Gedanke.

Cons:

Die Matratzen glichen einer Hängematte. Im Bad war Sanierungsstau. Die Tür schloss nur mit Gewalt, dafür hatte man dann die Klinke in der Hand.
Wir wollten zum Abendessen vorreservieren. Leider war weder über Email, noch per Telefon niemand erreichbar.
Das Ganze hat den Charme eines FDGB-Heimes.
