Comfortable and well run - exceeding expectations.
Pros:

Welcoming clean and well appointed, quiet, great staff and excellent breakfast. Plus parking. Even small single room (no 52) very good for a brief stay, albeit VERY compact - esp the shower room.

Cons:

Terrible pillow - smaller and firmer is needed.
Rather too warm even in June - aircon please.
Some coathangers would be welcome, as would tea/coffee facilities.
