Pros:

Good space for a family of 5 and a great location. The kind concierge helped me with a new dinner reservation when I realized I made one for the wrong day. He made a reservation at a local restaurant for us and it was a fabulous spot with great food. Highly recommend!

Whilst famous 5 star hotel staff may have plenty of attitude, I appreciated their helpful team and was impressed with their service.

Cons:

My room was a little tight. Next time, hopefully I can get a larger room.

Chambge agréable le jour, bruyante la nuit.
Pros:

Localisation, literie, serviettes, douche.

Cons:

Hôtel très bruyant, réveillé la nuit pas des clientes fêtardes (les deux nuits) et le matin 6h (malgré les bouchons d'oreille) par les livraisons au magasin en face d'une dizaine de chariots métalliques. Ce n'est pas normal pour un 4 étoiles.
Déjeuners limités.
Ascenseur très mini, tout juste pour deux personnes.
