Can't beat the location, but there are probably better places.

La atención del personal fue excelente en todo momento, muy amables atentos y accesibles me encantaron las instalaciones muy acogedor, la comida muy buena muy recomendado

La habitación muy bonita pero la limpieza muy mala, desde que llegamos estaba limpia pero los demas días no, solo entraban y colocaban toallas la cama no cambiaban las sabanas ya que se notaba ni siquiera las sacudian solo las volvían a poner asi, tampoco barrian y aveces se les olvidaba retirar la basura, deberían de tener mas cuidado en eso lo demas todo excelente

Super emplacement - confort ok
Pros:

L’emplacement idéal et la serviabilité du voiturier.
Lit confortable.

Cons:

L’établissement nous a assuré que la rue était ouverte, mais elle était fermée à notre arrivée (à l’heure prévue initialement) et nous avons eu des difficultés à rejoindre l’hôtel.

Modern amenities in an historic building
Pros:

The best thing about the Royalty is the location on the Zocalo. My room was large and comfortable and had a Nespresso coffee machine, but no window, which I found unsettling. After the first day, though, I decided that the trade-off was worth it— it was very quiet. The woman at the desk spoke excellent English, and was very helpful. There are two restaurants. I did not try the contemporary one upstairs, but ate twice in the traditional one on the street level. Great food! Good wifi, too.
