Great for solo traveler and short stay. Excelent location and friendly stuff.
Pros:

Friendly stuff I liked most. Also location is very good - hotel faces the central square

Very small rooms. even queen room is so small that there are no place to place luggage.

Pros:

The Location is hard to beat, small but very clean room,WiFi should be a bit faster, we were on the first floor and we were only getting 20 Mbps.something to think about if you need better for work .
Water pressure for shower was good and Hot

Cons:

WiFi as I said was below average , we had no window, but this made the room very quiet.

Great location and internet (100 mbps wifi )
Pros:

We requested a quiet room with good internet connection. I feel they did the best job possible in helping with this!
The internet connection was consistently 100mbps on WiFi in our room throughout our stay. This is much better than you generally have at similar hotels.

Cons:

The room was very small and didn't have windows that you can see anything out of. At this price point, I would have expected windows but that may have meant a good deal of noise that we specifically requested avoiding.

Can't beat the location, but there are probably better places.
Pros:

Location right on the Zocalo is perfect.

Cons:

The room I had had no windows. It was dark all the time. I did not like that.

La atención del personal fue excelente en todo momento, muy amables atentos y accesibles me encantaron las instalaciones muy acogedor, la comida muy buena muy recomendado

Cons:

La habitación muy bonita pero la limpieza muy mala, desde que llegamos estaba limpia pero los demas días no, solo entraban y colocaban toallas la cama no cambiaban las sabanas ya que se notaba ni siquiera las sacudian solo las volvían a poner asi, tampoco barrian y aveces se les olvidaba retirar la basura, deberían de tener mas cuidado en eso lo demas todo excelente
