It is ok. A bit pricey for what it offers
Pros:

Great location

Cons:

The lift does not stop in multiple floors. If someone is going to the 4th and then you try to press 3th it will not work. You need to go to the 4th and come back.
The ground floor toilet is blocked with a table, so you can’t use.

La ubicación con la estación de tren y buses, puedes ir a cualquier lugar de Venecia.

Cons:

El desayuno era muy flojo, poca variedad, poca comida y no ponen vasos de cristal, son vasitos pequeños de cartón.

Excellent location, comfortable rooms, and exceptionally helpful staff—highly recommended.
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The location is excellent, just a short walk from Venezia Mestre Station, making it very convenient to travel to Venice by train. The room was clean, spacious, and had all the essential amenities. The staff were extremely courteous, friendly, and helpful, particularly the front-desk team. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and we would be happy to recommend this property to others.

Pros:

The hotel has a very good location. Everything was clean.

Cons:

I had a room under the roof, it was extremely hot and the old climatisation worked very badly. The breakfast could be better, for example there was no milk for the cornflakes

Comoda sistemazione per raggiungere Venezia
Pros:

Ottima posizione. Vicinissimo alla stazione ferroviaria. Comidissimo per raggiungere rapidamente ed economicamente Venezia. Il receptionist ci ha ben consigliato sul parcheggio auto e sul ristorante. Tutto a due passi dall' hotel.

Cons:

La colazione era un po' cara rispetto a quanto offerto
