Just to sleep, it is OK. 
Pros:

Staff was very friendly.

Cons:

No air conditioning. The shower room was a bit dark and no window.

Pros:

Шаговая доступность от железнодорожного и автотобусного вокзалов. Остановки городских автобусов близко, автобусы ходят часто. Дорога на остров занимает 10 минут

отличное расположение, рядом вокзал и автобусная остановка и пару кафешек

Cons:

не было воды в номере , не было чайника , тапочек -ничего , очень маленькие однаразовые шампуни . из персонала был вежливый только мужчина на ресепшене который встретил на ночью , в целом неплохо но цена/ качество завышено

The hotel was on a quiet street close to the train station. I had a nice breakfast, too.
Pros:

The receptionist was respectful to me. He gave me directions to a very good restaurant in great detail. He personally made sure that my room would be satisfactory. Later on, I was concerned about getting to the airport, and the person at reception walked me outside to point out the exact way to go.

Cons:

The mattress was too firm for me. Although the air conditioning worked initially, it seemed to stop. Fortunately the day got cooler.

Dobra baza wypadowa do zwiedzania Wenecji.
Pros:

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, 3 minuty od stacji kolejowej, skąd można dojechać w 10 minut do Wenecji. Bardzo cicha i spokojna okolica. Zgłoszona drobna usterka została szybko naprawiona. Miła obsługa.
