Dear Booking.com Customer Service,

The hotel was informed in advance that our flight was arriving at Venice Airport at 00:40, and they confirmed they would accept our late check-in. Despite this, when we arrived, the hotel was closed and no one answered our calls.

The outside temperature was –6°C, and we were left outside with no assistance. This situation is unacceptable.

L'hôtel est propre, bien situé à côté de la gare de train, pratique. Bof c'est suffisant pour le prix. Pas mal.

Cons:

Aucun service supplémentaire, pas de petit déjeuner. Juste des chambres pour dormir point.

Cons:

Upon arrival at 18:30, the reception refused to check us in, stating that a photo of the passport was not acceptable and only the physical document would be recognized. I had to leave and return with the original passport.

When I came back, a different receptionist informed me that, despite what is clearly stated on Booking (“all ages are welcome” and no age restrictions mentioned), I could not check in at 17 without written parental permission. When we requested a cancellation due to this unexpected condition, we were refused and told that no refund would be provided.

After I submitted both the physical passport and parental authorization, which already took around three hours, the same issue was raised with my companion, even though he legally becomes an adult in one week. None of these restrictions were listed during reservation nor communicated in advance.

Additionally, I booked a single room, which was large enough for at least two people, yet we were not allowed to stay together unless we paid the full price again. We were also warned that if we “refused to follow their conditions,” the hotel would contact the police.

Finally, despite the hotel being responsible for our extremely delayed check-in process (almost five hours), we were given an unusually early check-out time and were not allowed even a 10-minute extension. We were informed that any delay would result in an additional fee, regardless of the previous inconvenience caused by the hotel.

This experience was highly disappointing. The rules presented on site did not correspond with those stated during booking, the communication was inconsistent, and the overall treatment left a negative impression.

Staff cordiale e disponibile, sempre presenti. Struttura accogliente e dotata di tutti i comfort, posizione strategica per raggiungere Venezia in pochi minuti, nonostante non si alloggi in zona centrale.

It is a more worst hotel I have been.

I thought it can be a good hotel,but I seen it a worst hotel I lived in.Hole day and night I have been without sleep because so hot.air coolers are not working.
in the hotel all around smell of pipi.they didn’t charge anything in the room.so durty really.I don’t want to recommend any one.
