Important information:

Traffic is restricted in the area surrounding the hotel. Guests traveling by car are advised to leave the car in one of the 2 public car parks with which the hotel has agreements entitling guests to a discount on parking.

Both of these car parks offer parking for EUR 19.50 per 24 hours. Guests pay for parking in the hotel and the hotel gives out tickets when you need the car. The hotel cannot reserve car parking spaces as it is a public car park.

The 2 car parks are Parking Plaza Puerta Real on Acera Del Casino, and Parking Triunfo on Avenida de la Constitucion, in front of the Jardines Del Triunfo. Parking Plaza Puerta Real is nearest to the hotel.

Ci torneremo !!
Pros:

Splendida posizione, in pieno centro storico con l'Alhambra a 15 minuti a piedi. Comodissima per passeggiate serali tra i negozi e i molti ristoranti caratteristici. Struttura molto bella, in pieno stile andaluso ! Ci torneremo !!

Cons:

Colazione a buffet ma, ahimè, molto ricca la parte salata mentre quella dolce, poco curata (le brioches erano vecchie e immangiabili; il barattolo della marmellata l'abbiamo trovato vuoto, entrambe le mattine, anche se su richiesta, é stato sostituito).

Pros:

Les patios sont très beaux et il est très agréable d'y déjeuner le matin. Le petit-déjeuner est copieux.

Cons:

La chambre est trop petite au point de ne pas pouvoir ranger les valises. La chambre doit être rafraîchie car elle est veillote et les précédentes réfections ont été mal faites (coulures des peintures...). La climatisation fait un bruit très élevé. L'insonorisation est à revoir, on entends tout de La chambre voisine.

Unglaublich schönes, historisches Gebäude, ein tolles Patio, stuff sehr hilfreich und zuvorkommend. Ein perfektes Frühstück: frisches Obst und Gemüse, Toroschinken, sehr gutes Café. Ich kann dieses Hotel wirklich vom Herzen empfehlen.

An exquisite gem, we’re already planning to stay again.
Pros:

Great location, in the Albaycin, local buses to Sacromonte and Alhambra 2 minutes walk. Souks, cathedral and many other “must see” attractions a short walk away. The hotel itself is beautiful, just like being in a Moroccan medina. The staff were wonderful, welcoming, helpful, cheerful. All female too.

Cons:

Nothing it was fabulous.
