Hier stimmt die Bezeichnung Boutique Hotel
Pros:

Ich war zum zweiten Mal hier und es ist immer noch super. Tolle Lage im historischen Stadtkern mit Blick auf einen kleinen charmanten Platz. Wir hatten zwar nicht, wie letztes Mal ein Zimmer im historischen Haupthaus, dafür aber einen kleinen Balkon mit Blick auf den hübschen, kleinen Platz. Obwohl wir recht früh ankamen, konnten wir gleich ins Zimmer. Wir kommen sicher bald wieder.

Absolutely lovely traditional family owned hotel
Pros:

Lovely garden and pool. Beautiful traditional Majorcan building in quiet square away from the crowds but easy to walk to the centre of town

Cons:

Visited before the season had really started so not quite ready for us to sit in the garden or use the pool

Pollença is your access village to the World Heritage Site. Beautiful.
Pros:

The garden, the macaw (!), the grand old world feel of the bedroom, the location, the spa, the staff, the evening meal - all of it.

Cons:

If I could I’d have had more fruit for breakfast, I’m not big on bacon & eggs. I should have asked…

The breakfast was very good and varied daily.
The location was near Pollenca's city center.

Cons:

I was a bit disappointed upon my check-in with the room which didn't look like the pictures. I upgraded to a better room (for an additional cost). The room was a bit worn with some water damage on the fabrics. Driving in Pollenca was a challenge and google maps sent me down some very narrow, white knuckled roads. I ended up parking a 10-min walk outside of the town.

Chambre de belle taille et très belle salle de bain où tout fonctionne très bien

Great family-owned hotel, with nice rooms and impeccable service
Pros:

Really hospitable staff, and a nice well-appointed hotel in a quiet neighbourhood. The adjoining restaurant was great too, with well-executed Spanish classics. Secure bicycle storage was very handy too.
