El personal fue muy amable y simpático en todo momento. La limpieza estuvo muy bien y la ubicación no puede ser mejor, muy céntrica.
Celebramos nuestro aniversario durante la estancia y, al comentarlo en recepción, tuvieron el detalle de cambiarnos de una habitación estándar a una semi suite, un gesto que agradecimos mucho.

No es como los otros hoteles de la rede Catalonia que siempre me han recebido con una botella de agua, alguna Mensaje de bienvenida. Entonces me decepcionó un poco porque fue por el nombre de la rede que me gusta mucho
La habitación es confortable y limpia, silenciosa y agradable. La ubicación es muy buena. El desayuno me parece también estupendo.
Me hubiera gustado poder cenar comida preparada en el hotel. A causa de mi salud necesitaba un menú sin sal, por lo que no pude disfrutar de la comida que ofrecen por estar ya preparada.
