Unfriendly check in, rest of the stay was great
Pros:

Very comfortable bed, very nice and spacious room. Excellent breakfast. Staff was mostly friendly (at checkout and during breakfast)

Cons:

Lady at check in was far from friendly. She seemed pissed off that i had arrived an hour early, when i asked for breakfast she told me I should ask that sort of stuff via the phone on beforehand.

I letti comodi hanno superato le aspettative
Pros:

Camera molto comoda con bei letti spaziosi e su cui si è dormito bene, anche il bagno era ampio e accessibile.
L'interno dell'hotel appare elegante. La colazione si paga a parte, ma è buona. Lo staff è stato attento nel domandarmi se le esigenze rispetto alla mia disabilità motoria fossero state soddisfatte. Lo spazio tra i letti di una camera tripla è un po' giusto ma sono riuscita a spostarmi comunque (avendo una carrozzina elettrica sportiva molto compatta)

Cons:

Non sono molto d'accordo col fatto che per vedere la TV dell'hotel sia necessario registrarsi con i dati personali al sito dell'hotel e accettare i relativi cookies ma eventualmente posso fare a meno della TV per la durata del soggiorno.

Piacevole soggiorno a Forli’
Pros:

Stanza ampia e comoda, bel bagno funzionale, tutto pulitissimo. L’arredamento e’ piacevole anche se lo preferirei moderno.
Mi e’ piaciuta molto la spa, con sauna, bagno turco e una piscina idromassaggio grandissima. I bocchettoni dell’aria erano quasi tutti spenti: dopo una buona mezz’ora in piscina, comunque gradevole, ho chiesto al personale come si poteva accendere l’idromassaggio e lei mi ha indicato un pulsante magico sul pavimento. Altri pulsanti sono presenti lungo il bordo interno della piscina.
Altra info: la spa è gratuita ma bisogna pagare il noleggio dell’accappatoio, €12.
