Excelente custo benefício.
Pros:

Muito limpo. Quarto espaçoso. Perto do metro. Tem um mercado na frente. Fica um pouco distante do centro histórico, porém tem um metrô próximo que dá para chegar com facilidade aos locais. Cama confortável.

Cons:

O chuveiro demora a esquentar.

O hotel, no geral, tem boas instalações e o quarto encontrava-se limpo e confortável.

No entanto, houve dois aspetos que nos deixaram bastante desiludidos.

Em primeiro lugar, no Booking aparece o horário do pequeno-almoço, o que nos levou a acreditar que este estava incluído ou, pelo menos, que essa informação seria devidamente esclarecida à chegada. Entrámos na sala, sentámo-nos e começámos a comer sem que ninguém nos tivesse informado de que o pequeno-almoço era pago. Só depois de já estarmos a comer é que vieram dizer que teríamos de pagar 10 € por pessoa. Teria sido muito mais correto avisarem antes de nos sentarmos.

Em segundo lugar, no minibar do quarto existiam alguns produtos alimentares. Levei um café para consumir mais tarde e, quando fui verificar a embalagem, reparei que estava fora do prazo desde 10/2024. Considero esta situação bastante grave, pois demonstra falta de controlo na reposição e verificação dos produtos disponibilizados aos hóspedes.

Tirando estes dois pontos, a estadia foi agradável. Ainda assim, aconselho futuros hóspedes a confirmarem previamente se o pequeno-almoço está incluído e a verificarem sempre o prazo de validade dos produtos alimentares disponíveis no quarto.

Dat het goede voorzieningen had en er altijd iemand bij de receptie was om te helpen.

Cons:

De ligging was soms wat lastig en wij hadden geen balkon of raam wat makkelijk even open kon dus je zat voor je gevoel een beetje in een hokje.
