On comprend pourquoi ce n’est pas cher.
Pros:

Simplement dormir car rien n’allait.

Cons:

C’est très sale. Il y a seulement la personne de la réception à son poste autrement on ne l’a jamais vu. Le petit déjeuner est à fuir ! On ne l’a pas mangé.

К сожалению, проживание оставило крайне негативное впечатление. В отеле было очень грязно, стоял неприятный запах, уборка в номере не проводилась. Лифт работал только в первый день утром, после чего не функционировал до самого нашего отъезда, при этом он поднимается только до второго этажа, а отель находится на третьем — приходилось идти по лестнице с багажом. Завтрак формальный: несколько круассанов, хлеб, маленькие упаковки джема, чайник и банка кофе в грязной кухне. Также персонал практически не говорит ни на английском, ни на русском языках.

La Ubicacion y amplitud

Cons:

Necesita una reforma completa, a parte que no es un hotel como tal sino una casa convertida en habitaciones la cual tienes que subir en un ascensor que parece que te vas a quedar atascado y que no sube hasta el tercer piso. La habitacion es amplia pero nada que ver con las imagenes en booking. El baño desastroso el suelo roto, la mampara se desencaja, la alcachofa funciona fatal . Los enchufes no funcioman bien y la decoracion es una mezcla entre cuentame y los Bridgerton sin exagerar. Por otra parte te cobran un desayuno el cual te lo tienes que hacer tu con lo que ellos compran en la cocina que tienen alli. Solo hay cafe bollo de chocolate y pan de biscote con mermelada, por no hablar que la recepcion normalmente no hay nadie. Lo mejor es la ubicacion, la cual tienes el metro al lado y la estacion de autobuses, y trenes de Termini.

Pros:

Гостиница по типу переночевать,помыться и выпить кофе, но было очень чисто, администратор очень любезен. Близко к метро и вокзалу. Рядом есть магазины и кафешки. Удобная кровать и подушка, постельное белье было чистым. На кухне безлимит чая,кофе,молоко,сок,нутелла,джем,круассаны и тостовый хлеб. Есть кофе машина, чайник, микроволновая печь, кулер с водой. Вай фай работал отлично.

Cons:

Указано что завтраки включены, но по факту берешь все что видишь на кухне и сам себе готовишь завтрак. Для меня это не было проблемой.

La ubicación está bastante bien a dos minutos del metro. Y 10 min de termini

Cons:

El desayuno fue muy escaso. Solo había café y leche, croissants procesados y tostadas.
Cuando llegamos el ascensor no funcionaba y tuvimos que subir tres pisos
