Friendly and Fantastic Staff + Great hotel location
Pros:

The staff at the hotel was friendly and fantastic. They helped us secure a parking spot, which turned out to be fantastic. Furthernmore, they aided with resturant recommendations (another winner), as well as aided us in finding the spots to visit and what not to see. Great location within Catania.

Mukava, viihtyisä, huoltapidetty kokemus.
Pros:

Hotelli oli pieni ja ehkä siitä syystä tunnelma oli hyvin harmoninen ja miellyttävä. Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä ja palvelualtista. Huoneet siivottiin joka päivä. Aamiainen oli hyvä.

Cons:

Kansainvälinen televisiokanava olisi ollut mukava lisä.

A kornyek tokeletesen biztonsagos. Setatavolsagban van mind a busz, mind a vasutallomas. A reggeli nagyon finom. Minden nap takaritanak, nagyon jo meleg viz van folyamatosan. A futes is jol mukodik. Ki szeretnenk emelni Paulat, aki mindenben segitett. Barmilyen kerdessel, keressel fordultunk hozza, mindig egyuttmukodo volt es mindenre talalt megoldast. Mivel folyamatosan kirandulasokon vettunk reszt, ezert amikor kertuk, biztositottak, hogy tudjunk reggelit csomagolni magunknak. Ez mas szallodakban problema szokott lenni. Osszessegeben nagyon jo valasztas volt ez a szalloda, ha ismet Sziciliaba utazunk, csak itt fogunk megszallni.

A lovely hotel situated in a great location with very friendly staff and I had a great time there.
Pros:

Location was very good-close to all important places
Hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful and they were the primary reason for giving 10/10

Cons:

Some facilities of making tea / coffee would make augment the experience
The breakfast was very good but they could add boiled eggs and fried eggs option and this will augment the breakfast overall
