La posizione e i servizi.

Cons:

Che mancava il bidet nel bagno nella mia stanza ma hanno detto che in altre stanze c'e'. La prossima volta mi ricorderò di dirlo in prenotazione.

I strongly recommend this hotel, it’s beautiful, cozy, clean and well located. Our bedroom was big and well maintained

Понравилось все!!! Доброжелательно и очень профессионально! Заселили раньше времени, в номере чисто, тепло и уютно. Есть послеобеденный чай и счастливый час для алкогольных напитков, когда можно пообщаться в непринужденной обстановке. Да, необходимо помнить про лестницу при входе, но персонал может помочь, а с маленьким чемоданчиком - в этом нет проблемы. Зато - самый центр Флоренции!!! Вернусь!

I fully recommend this hotel.
Pros:

Continental breakfast with lots of choice.
Central location, just 5 minutes walk to both Uffizi and Duomo.
Free afternoon tea and aperitifs

Cons:

No problem for us but be aware:
There's a flight of stairs from street level to the lift for reception.
Breakfast room can't accommodate all guests so a short wait may be necessary.

Pros:

Personnel tres gentil et a l’ecoute. Pause gouter et apero pour faire un petit break dans l’hotel. Jolies chambres (nous avions une quadruple). Tres bien situe. Bon petit dejeuner.

Staff disponibile e simpatico, posizione ottima e stanza ampia e pulita. Forse un po' non adeguatamente insonorizzate le camere, al mattino si sentiva un po' di rumore, ma niente di che.

Cons:

La colazione è un po' scarna, ma il personale molto gentile. Per il prezzo pagato forse ci si aspetterebbe qualcosina in più.
