Great location, breakfast and service.
Pros:

Great location and staff. Very friendly and accommodating. Nice fresh breakfast and cappuccino. My only complaint is one flight of stairs, though the staff helped us carry our luggage.

Cons:

Having to climb one flight of stairs. Bathroom big but the tub is deep and difficult to get in and out. An extra grab bar would help.

Pros:

Ubicación perfecta para visitar Florencia. Creo que de los mejores sitios. Mucha oferta gastronómica y de ocio muy cerca. Todos los monumentos a un paso. Camas muy cómodas. Amabilidad del personal. Agua de cortesía.

Cons:

El desayuno con poca variedad, aunque te preparan el café en ese mismo momento y es bastante bueno. Y que tiene 26 escalones que subir sí o sí con el equipaje. Por lo demás, genial.

Do not pass this place to stay at. !! Great place to stay while visiting Florence.
Pros:

What a great stay. Staff was excellent and so helpful. Big shout out to Leonardo. What a pleasant and upbeat individual. We enjoyed speaking with him. Good breakfast every morning. Great location !!!

Cons:

There are a bunch of steps before you reach the elevator. It was not a problem for us however it might be something you need to consider if you have issues climbing a flight of stairs.

Wonderful.
Pros:

The location is fantastic.
The staff are incredibly helpful and simpatico.
The rooms are very clean.
The bathroom is spacious.
In sum, the hotel offers excellent value for the price.

Cons:

It sounds picky, but the pillows were a bit hard.
My room looked onto an interior courtyard, so was dark, but I guess Florence architecture does not allow otherwise!
