Adoramos tudo e principalmente nosso amigo Samba!!

Adoramos o espaço. Os funcionários são maravilhosos. Muito prestativos e atenciosos.
Todos os dias tinha happy hour e cha da tarde incluidos na diaria

Hospedagem que nos transmite segurança e acolhimento.
Pros:

Achei a hospedagem muito boa atendendo nossas expectativas. O café da manhã era muito bom, os colaboradores são muito atenciosos e simpáticos, o hotel e o quarto que nos hospedamos são limpos e aconchegantes e a localização excelente nos permitindo acesso a pé para as principais atrações turísticas.

Cons:

O acesso de escada para chegar na recepção causa desconforto pois temos que subir cerca de trinta degraus com malas.

Excellent and would be looked back as a very pleasant experience/stay.
Pros:

The breakfast was nice and we appreciated the nice gesture of tea (3-6pm) and happy hours (6.30-7.30pm). The location was central so was very convenient to get to places of interest, train station ..etc. The staff were very pleasant/friendly and Leonardo and Antonio both was all that plus were very kind and helpful towards us which made a huge difference to us.

Nice and comfortable in a great location.
Pros:

Not a luxury hotel but a great location, good breakfast, afternoon tea and evening happy hour, and great staff.

Cons:

It was all good. Although to get into the hotel you have to walk up a long flight of stairs.

Loved coffee available all day, breakfast outstanding and the afternoon tea and wine and cheese.

Ubicación perfecta, cerca de todo. Personal excelente, te ayudan y guían en todo en recepción. Tienen atenciones en el mismo hotel que no habia tenido antes durante el dia (café, happy hour).
