Excellent stay
Pros:

Was such an wonderful stay, from the friendly and helpful staff, the comfortable room, the breakfast and perfect location. Would recommend to anyone visiting Florence.

Cons:

Was not a problem for me but there are stairs that lead to lobby.

Pros:

Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was decent. Cappucino was great.

Cons:

Could not opened window because there was a kitchen near to our room and really bad kitchen smell prevented us to open window. Also AC was disabled, at least room temperature was not bad.

I had a wonderful time and would highly recommend!
Pros:

The location was excellent, and I felt very safe as a young woman. The staff was spectacular!

Cons:

The room was a little small but that was expected. It was also about a 10 minute walk from the train station, so it's a little awkward to get your luggage there if you walk.

Wonderful small friendly hotel in great location.
Pros:

Central location, lovely helpful staff, clean spacious rooms and afternoon tea and happy hour thrown in each day! It has a lovely atmosphere and was a pleasure to come back to each day after sightseeing. I hope to stay again!!
