Lovely from start to finish!
Pros:

The property and the staff were lovely! There is a small set of stairs leading up to the lobby, but it’s nothing compared to climbing the Duomo! The main lobby is beautiful and clean, and the dining area is always stocked with drinking water after a long day of walking in the summer heat. We especially appreciated Leonardo for his kindness and recommendations!

Loved this hotel! Quiet, comfortable, amazing staff!
Pros:

The air conditioning was great, the room was comfortable and we loved the breakfast being included.

Cons:

The stairs were the only negative thing but it really was not a big deal at all!

Fabulous! We felt right at home.
Pros:

Hotel Davanzati was everything! We were greeted with smiles from the most amazing staff. Great location, comfortable beds, and a cozy stay. We were amazed at how friendly all the staff were. Coffee/light breakfast in the morning, and aperitivo in the evening all included in the price of the stay. Simply wonderful!! I would stay here again if I return to Florence.

Loved this hotel! For a 3 star hotel it exceeded my expectations. Would recommend!
Pros:

The reception team were exceptionally friendly and helpful. They couldn't be more accomodating! Central location - walk outside your door and you are in the heart of the action.
Rooms were a great size, clean and comfortable - love the big windows opening onto the street.

Hospitable and warmth.

Quiet environment .

Close to all amenities..close to train station, close to all major landmarks of venice.
Good place to stay and go for your tours.

Walkable distances to central market, basilica, santa maria novella , uffiza museum, and other interesting places

Pros:

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Very accommodating with our early mornings - still offering breakfast even though it was before the breakfast time. Helpful with bringing our luggage up the steep stairs. The little happy hour was thoughtful too. Our bathroom was spacious with natural light. Area was quiet and good location. AC was good. Price was right.

Cons:

Although we are accustomed to small hotel rooms in Europe, this would have felt rather cramped if we were staying longer than two nights.

Leonardo is the best
Pros:

La ubicación era excelente. El personal era encantador, en especial Leonardo, que estuvo atento en todo momento. La Happy Hour de la tarde está genial.

Cons:

El desayuno estaba muy bien, pero eché en falta algo más de variedad, sobre todo de fruta.
