Great location in the heart of Florence yet still quiet. Free afternoon coffee and cakes and early evening Prosecco was a really nice touch, unfortunately our plans didn’t allow us to get them in every day of our stay. Good breakfast selection and made to order coffee.
Nothing major. We were aware of the steps to access so OK with that. Toilet flush was a bit temperamental.
Breakfast was delicious and fresh every day, staff was impeccable, room was clean and good size.
The steps coming in were rough at the end of a long day or with bags, but overall worth it!

The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff couldn't have been nicer. Things like coffee and tea available in the afternoon and happy hour with wine and procecco provided.

staff cordialissimo, presente e super disponibile. struttura carina ,caratteristica e pulita. posizione strategica per chi come me va in treno. vicina alla stazione, a 10 minuti a piedi massimo si trovano tutte le meraviglie di firenze. ottima sorpresa.torneremo sicuramente nelle nostre future sortite a firenze.

I can’t say enough about Leonardo, a quintessential Italian at the desk , so friendly, helpful, cheerful . The room was sweet and cozy for one. There is tea/coffee gratis @1700 and wine/ cocktails @1900 in the breakfast area. It was perfect location - 2 blocks from ponta vecchio and uffizi .

Amazing services!! For a small hotel it packs a big punch. Lovely staff, giving very much a ‘you’re part of the family’ vibe. Complimentary afternoon tea and a great happy hour. Loved this place not just for its fantastic location.
