We were greeted warmly every time we entered and every morning. The rooms were comfortable, beds were comfortable, breakfast was good. It was a well located place. Very nice.
Not much to dislike. There was an elevator but not until after stairs but the staff did ask they could to help with that. They carried luggage.
Service was fantastic. The facilities are great. Loved the breakfast. Location can’t be beat!

Nothing, honestly nothing
This charming hotel right in the center of historic Florence had the most attentive staff. And the wonderful breakfast, afternoon tea/coffee and cakes, and the evening complimentary wines were an added surprise.
The only negative is that we had to climb about 25 steps to reach the lobby. But staff carried our luggage both up and down for us.

Me and my partner are doing a bus tour around Italy and this has been our favourite accommodation so far.
Main pointers:
-The location of the hotel is perfect (if you are looking to be right in the centre of Florence),
-The staff were SO friendly and helpful throughout our entire stay,
-The room was comfy, clean, had great aircon and was aesthetically cute,
-The included breakfast, tea and biscuit time and happy hour was AMAZING.
Based on all of this it is SO worth the price. We absolutely loved our stay here and want to come back lol🫧🧚♀️🌷🌸❤️

Staff was extremely helpful & friendly. Hotel was in a great location. Breakfast was really good & I usually skip breakfast but selection of cheeses, meats & fresh fruit was delicious. They have espresso, etal but i’m not a coffee person but everyone else seemed to enjoy. They have an afternoon tea, coffee & danish and then an evening happy hour - all included. Water was always available. When I was checking out I noticed they have insulated water/beverage thermoses & I meant to get one & am sad I forgot. The room was perfect. Comfortable bed, TV, small frig and very clean. Security for their guests is a priority. Highly recommend.
It was that I didn’t like but sometimes having to climb 26 steps to get to the elevator made my old lady knees quiver a bit😁
The location is fantastic and the room was comfortable - but the standout here is the staff. Everyone is exceptionally friendly, helpful, and accommodating, and made me feel welcome from the moment I stepped into the lobby. The breakfast is good, and the happy hour in the evenings is a nice touch and a good way to connect with other guests. Couldn’t recommend this property enough.
