I come to Madrid often and stay at different hotels however I think this would be my new go to hotel. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful upon arrival. They even upgraded our room which was nice as for the reason for staying was traveling on bereavement. Location was great and beds were very comfortable.

Amazing breakfast and very comfy bedrooms. Very well located.
Breakfast was excellent. The freshly squeezed orange juice was truly authentic, and they prepare it right in front of you. Perhaps the selection of cold cuts could have been a bit better, but that does not affect my overall rating at all — 10/10.
The location is also perfect: Plaza Mayor is about a 7-minute walk away, Puerta del Sol only 5 minutes, Mercado de San Miguel around 10 minutes, the Reina Sofía Museum and the Prado Museum about 15 minutes, and Gran Vía just a 10 minutes away on foot.
