Disgustingly stinking cigarette smell.
Pros:

Perfect location. Right in the center. Clean room, comfortable clean bed. Nice big bathroom.

Cons:

There is a strong cigarette smell in the room. This is the problem with the mechanization of the reception.

Albergo ideale per chi cerca tranquillità, in una posizione eccellente a pochi passi da Puerta del Sol. Lo staff si è dimostrato sempre cordiale, professionale e disponibile; in particolare Lydia, che con la sua attenzione e gentilezza ha saputo soddisfare ogni nostra richiesta. Un soggiorno davvero piacevole, che consiglio vivamente.

The location is super as it has easy access to all attractions and can reach tour buses by walking 5 to 10 minutes, they have good quality various dishes breakfast made of fresh ingredients, the staff are really helpful and friendly. Clean and air conditioned
