Good value for money, clean and comfortable rooms, with friendly staff
Pros:

The staff were lovely and very accommodating. We had the suite with a cot for our baby and the bed was big enough for our toddler to join us without having to use the pull out couch

Cons:

We weren’t told about the steps going down to the room which was a bit tricky as we had two prams

Cons:

The tissue paper is not changed every day. When we came back in the evening. We asked for the tissue. They told us the staff was not on duty. They only work until 5 P.M. Plus, we suspect that the sheet is not changed every day either. The minibar in the room is nearly full of charged beverages. Even the chips on the table are charged. If you don't want people to use the minibar, then you could move it out. You should also put the price label beside the chips and cookies.

Pros:

Centraal in de BORN wijk dicht bij Arc De Triomphe. Nette en ruime kamers. Leuk klein zwembad om even te verfrissen. Tof restaurant aan de overkant van de straat.

Cons:

In de buurt zijn er nog wat daklozen maar die laten je met rust.

Great location to base off for doing all touristy exploration of Barcelona.
Pros:

It was nicely located with most touristy places easily walkable or via the Metro

Cons:

The pool was very average. We also had a water leak off the air conditioner, but the staff dealt with it fairly promptly.

Pros:

The room was great, the location is exceptional. Lots of great restaurants and bars witin very close walking distance. The pool is a bit small and crowded but the atmosphere was pleasant.

Cons:

The hallways were a bit challenging due to ongoing room renovations.

Un séjour très agréable dans un hôtel idéalement situé, avec une belle chambre et un personnel accue
Pros:

Très belle chambre. Le balcon et la fenêtre dans la salle de bain sont un vrai plus. L’emplacement de l’hôtel est parfait : on peut visiter la ville à pied.

Un grand merci au personnel et à l’hôtel pour cet agréable séjour !

Cons:

La seule remarque que je ferais serait de refaire les joints de la douche et de mieux repositionner le plafond démontable au niveau de la climatisation.

Nice hotel stay
Pros:

Very clean and comfortable, good location and everything was easy to get to. The rooftop pool is small but it's nice to have to cool down during the hot weather
