Отличное расположение, очень хорошие номера, приветливый персонал. Наличие парковки в отеле, цена за сутки существенно ниже, чем городская парковка.

Cons:

В номерах, которые расположены в новом здании отеля, не открываются окна (но вентиляция очень хорошая, душно не было). От завтрака ожидали большего. За час до его окончания многое закончилось (например, хлеб), но ассортимент не обновляли.

Séjour agréable à Bordeaux

Très bel endroit
Chambre confortable
Petit déjeuner bon
Parking à proximité et très bon emplacement

Cons:

Juste un détail mais on s’imaginait une salle de bain classique voire avec baignoire mais nous avons eu une salle de bain PMR sans être prévenus

Cosy and comfortable hotel in a great area with wonderful staff
Pros:

The staff were extremely helpful and the room was lovely . I am sensitive to noise and on the first night I slept so well as the room was dead quiet . On the second night however guests in the room a above me were stomping on the floor like elephants. Not much the staff could do but they attempted to bring this to the guests awareness. The soundproofing to the windows was great though

Cons:

The pillows could have been a bit more substantial.. but otherwise the bed was comfortable

Manque les petites touches et attentions d’un 4 étoiles mais rien de catastrophique

Chambre lumineuse et personnels très professionnels

Cons:

Chambre équipée de rideaux occultants qui ferment mal et peu pratiques en l’absence de baguettes.
Équipements basiques de pietre qualité (sèche cheveux, poubelles de salle de bain, …)
Petit déjeuner très basique pour un 4 étoiles.
Toilettes séparées de la douche mais très étroites dans une chambre ´deluxe’
Bruit de la rue.
