Great hotel, will come back!
Pros:

Our second time and will come back again. Very nice hotel in a good location and all the staff helpful and friendly.

Cons:

The air-conditioning in our top floor room was not able to cope with the extreme 40+ °C temperatures but not sure other hotels were doing better.

Beautiful hotel, well decorated. Situated in a lovel area. Very accessible by tram
Pros:

The room with the balcony and rooftop view was lovely

Cons:

We loved the property. A proper menu for the cooked breakfast choice would have been more in keeping with the quality of the hotel instead of an A4 paper in plastic wallet

Cons:

Le déjeuner était inégal. Les plateaux de la veille et le manque de choix pour ceux qui déjeune tôt devrait être corrigés
Le système de climatisation est vraiment insuffisant. Notre chambre pouvait atteindre facilement 29 Celcius.

Very good and would recommend.
Pros:

Lovely staff, great location and spotless. Good continental breakfast.

Cons:

The air conditioning was not great in our room however the hotel did provide a fan. It was very hot outside at 36 degrees so well above average.

Classy hotel in a great location
Pros:

Location was great as was the terrace for drinks and breakfast. Isabel on the front desk was fabulous

Cons:

The pillows were too lumpy and hard for me. The ‘classic’ bedrooms are very small.
