Really enjoyed this hotel
Pros:

Staff was very welcoming, helpful, and friendly

Cons:

It is a little difficult to climb into the bath tub for elderly people especially as there are no handles or bars to hold on to

Ansprechendes Zimmer, gute Betten, ruhige Lage

Cons:

Kein Lift zum Superior Zimmer, WC extrem klein und ohne Lavabo, Frühstück leider ohne Gemüse, wie Tomaten , Gurken.
Entspricht nicht dem Standard eines 4 Sterne Hotels.

Sehr grosses Zimmer mit einer schönen Terrasse.. Grosses Bad .. ja echt schön gemütlich… würde ich sofort wieder Buchen ..Reichhaltiges Frühstück .. ja war top 👍🏼

Great location and facilities with extremely friendly and helpful staff.
Pros:

Great location for exploring the medieval town. Staff extremely friendly & helpful. Having the room till noon on checkout day was great. A clean, comfortable room - great bed and bathroom. Would highly recommend.

Pros:

La posizione e’ perfetta, le camere “ corrette” ( peccato la moquette per terra ), comodo anche il posteggio per la macchina ad un prezzo accettabile.Staff molto gentile.

Cons:

La colazione : niente macedonia o frutta a pezzi ma solo un micro cestino con della frutta poco invitante ( tipo 2 kiwi e 2 pere). Succhi di frutta industriale e non freschi.Inoltre non hanno la macchina da bar per cappuccino ( fanno la schiuma al latte caldo con frullino). Basterebbe poco per fare meglio. Inoltre non c’è un bar per un aperitivo
