Pros:

Excellent hotel. Our room was clean and comfortable and decorated beautifully.

On our first day my husband had an accident, he fell and broke his shoulder. The receptionist Lorrane was amazing. She arranged a taxi for us to a nearby hospital, she called the hospital and wrote a note for us to explain what had happened and also alerted the night receptionist Reny to expect us back late. He offered to help us when we returned very late that night.
The next morning the receptionist Issobelle was so efficient. She helped us to cancel our prearranged tours of Bordeaux. She helped us check out, collected our bags and called a taxi to bring us to the airport.
We met the manager before we left, she was so helpful.
The hotel managent should be very proud of their staff.
We'll be back again

Mediocre - simple - ne vous diez pas aux photos
Pros:

L’emplacement etait bien mais les chambres vetustes , le rideau cassé laisant passer la lumière -aucune deco sympa , pas de tableau au mur , vraiment une chambre super basique avec un vrai besoin de rafraichissement - salle de petit déjeuner sans fenetres - nourriture de base rien de vraiment bon. Mediocre .

Love this place and made a better experience because the staff are so friendly and helpful.
Pros:

A beautiful modern hotel in a historic building and setting. Excellent amenities. One stop on the tram from the centre. Staffa re lovely and super helpful and accomodating. We stayed on the top floor (3e) which has a view of city centre, monuments and an outdoor terrace. Dressing room was a bonus.

Zauberhaftes kleines Hotel in einer ruhigen Strasse. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind gut in Gehdistanz zu erreichen. Geräumige und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Zimmer. Sehr freundliches und kompetentes Personal. Sehr leckeres Frühstück.

The Best Bordeaux Boutique Hotel
Pros:

The opportunity was in a great location to easily get into the city, either by walking or tram. The room was spacious and very clean. Shower great, with a dressing area and plenty of storage space. The best thing though were the staff. They were excellent and very prepared to help with anything we wanted.

Freundliches und sehr kompetentes Personal beim Check in. Leckeres Frühstück.
