An enjoyable stay.
Pros:

Fantastic location, comfortable and classy. Our room was fine - good sized bed and enough space. Good location - some excellent bars and restaurants nearby on the Cannaregio canals.

No coffee in rooms.

Pros:

Beautiful hotel in the Venice palace. Located at Canal Grande - marvellous view from the window.
Very tasty breakfast. Helpful staff. If you want to have coffee on the terrace watching gondolas - don't hesitate.

Nous avons adoré ;surtout la possibilité de prendre le petit déjeuner sur le canal.waouh la classe !!

Nous avons eu une très grande et agréable surprise mon fils et moi en découvrant la chambre.On se disait que pour ce que ça coûte il fallait juste se contenter d’être à Venise.Mais franchement tout était parfait.

Il n’existe pas de service bagages alors que l’hôtel fait 4 étoiles.

Gerne wieder - dann aber kurzfristiger gebucht weil wir einen fast doppelt so teuren Zimmerpreis hatten als 2 Tsge vor
Pros:

Die Lage super, Zimmer groß, gut ausgestattet . Kleine Terrasse zum Canal Grande wo man abends noch einen (selbst mitgebrachten) Absacker trinken kann.
Nahe viele Restaurants mit gutem Essen und sehr preisgünstigen Getränken Spritz z.B € 3,50

Cons:

Frühstück grundsätzlich gut , aber wenn man wie wir 4 Nächte dort ist wird’s fad , weil täglich genau das Gleiche und das Gebäck besteht nur aus zähen Kleingebäck mit Sedan oder Mohn bestreut oder ohne.

This was a wonderful place to stay and I would definitely stay here again.

Close to sites we wanted to visit. Friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful building. Wonderful breakfast!
