Pros:

5* Wonderful welcome from Ines and all the staff, including a little pink flamingo toy for Isla my friends daughter who's 10 - the buffet is also a lovely touch. They upgraded our room and the central location was perfect. Thank you so much!

Готель не хоче щоб до них приїзжали гості

Cons:

Готель відмінив мою бронь, тому що вони хотіли щоб я їм оплатив бронювання, надсилали посилання в WhatApp, хоча при бронюванні було вказано що оплата на місці і передплата не потрібна, а готель незважаючи на це відмінив моє бронювання і я залишився без готелю. Хоча я їм написав що я вже до них їду і оплачу на місці як зазначено в бронюванні.

Great hotel , one of the best I stayed at in Barcelona ..

Great hotel , rich breakfast , 24 hour buffet to eat/drink, nice rooms, good location , good AC

Cons:

I wish the bathroom had a bidet, and had their own private parking .. and for the elderly, it would be great to not have few steps at the entrance

Posizione ottima, centrale. Puoi visitare la città uscendo a piedi. Fermata taxi proprio di fronte.
Sala da pranzo molto bella, personale molto cordiale e disponibile.

Cons:

Pulizia della camera, insetti in bagno, pessimo odore in camera, finestra che da in una bocca di lupo non sull'esterno. Qualità del cibo a buffet scarsa, muffa sulle prugne, arance secche, acqua con strano odore.
