La atencion por parte de Recepcion fue excelente nos solucionaron todos los temas que queriamos . El hotel esta muy bien ubicado es muy lindo . El desayuno buenisimo, Esta ubicado cerca de todo caminando llegamos a todos los lugares restaurantes, centro historico.

Is still my favorite hotel in Parma.
Pros:

Location! Best and safest in Parma. I have been traveling to Parma monthly and staid in other similar level hotels. Also the staff is the same making it feel more comfortable.This is my favorite!

Cons:

The Baggage Porter was missing this time. The revolving door is narrow. The Baggage Porter, who is normally there makes a big difference and is very helpful in getting you in and helping you the elevator.
