De entourage, de ligging, de lieve gastvrouw, de hygiëne, de sfeer, de ruimte (gehele complex) en het ontbijt was heel goed.
Het personeel bij het diner, ging heel stroef, omdat ze geen Engels konden spreken, waardoor het beperkt was om het juiste te bestellen.
De prijs kwaliteit verhouding was onder de maat wat eten betreft (s'avonds) en er zouden wat meer schaduwplekken mogen zijn op het terras.
Tolle und außergewöhnliche Unterkunft in phänomenaler Aussichtslage, hervorragendes Essen. Kommen gerne wieder.

The breakfast was delightful with many delicious options. The location was perfect and so picturesque.
We stayed in the building that had 3 units. All 3 units had trouble with the hot water.
Die Lage war sehr schön , das Anwesen ist ein Traum aber mit viel mehr Potenzial. Abend essen war gut .
Der Service war leider nicht gut , keiner der mal an den Pool kommt und fragt ob man was trinken möchte, das Frühstück war für 4 Sterne zu wenig und immer das gleiche da darf man mehr erwarten. Beim Abend Essen musste man für jedes mal 5 Euro pro Person Gedeck zahlen fanden wir schon heftig . War schon viel in Italien ab das habe ich in einem Hotel noch nie erlebt . Das schlimmste war aber das wir Hunde Haare auf unserem Bett hatten , das geht garnicht . Schade weil das Anwesen ist wirklich schön aber man muss viel mehr daraus machen.
Die Lage und für Ausblick ist wirklich super.
Leider war noch Müll vom Vorgänger in der Unterkunst. Die Ausstattung des Zimmers war ok, aber schon ganz schön alt! In der Küche im Schrank war Schimmel , wir hatten dort glaube ich das teuerste Zimmer, die Suite auf dem Berg gemietet, zum Glück nur zwei Tage! Das Frühstück war sehr übersichtlich! Das Wasser im Pool (Juli) war relativ kalt!

Loved our stay. The hotel is perfectly situated in the hills of Lucca. Great hosts, perfect room. Don't even try to get there via taxi, rent a car and it will save you a lot of money.
Mooie locatie met een fijn zwembad en prachtig uitzicht!! Vooral het uitzicht voor ons het beste. Kamer prima en aardige vrouw.
WiFi werkte niet tot bijna niet.
Onze kamer had lichte gordijnen waardoor niet goed donker ‘s nachts/‘s ochtends .
Drankjes waren wat aan de dure kant (klein flesje water 5€, biertje 7€).

This was our second stay at Villa Volvo. The first being for our honeymoon. We knew we must return. The hotel is perfect for us. My mother came with us this time. It’s hard to put a word to why Villa Volpi is so special. It’s intimate, quiet, calm, the scenery is beautiful, the breakfast is superb, the location is perfect. And of course, Marco! The hero, welcomed us back and put us in a beautiful room. Marco is so calm and friendly. Nothing about Villa Volpi feels rushed, this is a hotel to truly relax, swim and enjoy the wonderful Tuscan scenery. We will be back. One fears a hotel this good will be overrun, it is perfect as is. A place to disconnect and truly relax. We love it so much we are already planning our return. Thank you so much Marco.
La situation géographique du lieu est exceptionnelle. Très bel établissement chargé d’histoire.
La direction a été méprisante envers nous : à notre arrivée on nous fait patienter, planté à l’accueil, devant une personne au téléphone qui a fait semblant de ne pas nous voir.
Dans une des 2 chambre le lavabo était totalement bouché et la douche s’évacuait très mal.
Enfin, nous devions quitter les chambres à 10h30 le lendemain, nous pensions avoir accès à la piscine durant une petite heure avant de partir. Mais la direction nous a fait comprendre, malgré la chaleur, malgré le fait que nous étions avec mon fils qui voulait se baigner, et malgré l’inconfort de la salle de bain que nous venions de signaler, que nous n’étions pas les bienvenus à la piscine et qu’il nous fallait partir.
Je précise que les serveuses et les employés ont été particulièrement gentils.

Ein traumhaft gelegenes Anwesen . Ein Rundblick wie im Film. Die Hilfsbereitschaft der Hausdame sehr groß. Hat uns gute Tipps gegeben.
Le cadre, paysage était fantastique. Le jardin était spectaculaire et garni de nombreux fauteuils de détente. L'hôtel était calme car il n'y avait pas beaucoup de monde en octobre. La dame qui nous a reçu était absolument adorable et nous a aidé pour porter les bagages.
Le petit déjeuner était tout à fait correct.
La vétusté des chambres qui n'est pas à la hauteur des prix appliqués (mobilier vieux et entassé n'importe comment, odeur désagréable, humidité, lumière très faible, problème de serrure avec la porte de la chambre). La salle de bain sentait mauvais. Le mini bar dans la chambre était vide. Nous avons dîner un soir et le prix était exorbitant pour une nourriture absolument quelconque. D'autre part, l'arrivée à l'hôtel en voiture la première fois est très compliquée. Le wi-fi était pratiquement inexistant dans la chambre alors qu'elle se trouvait dans l'habitation principale. Aucun panneau nous indiquant l'hôtel (sauf à la dernière seconde) et de surcroit le virage à pic dans une montée raide est plus que dangereux quand on n'a pas l'habitude.

L'hotel è Bello e Pullito, in un belíssimo e piacevole posto.. Anche bellissimi mobili..La camera è grande e confortevole. La colazione è eccellente. Grande varietà e tutto delizioso.
