Pobyt w tym obiekcie to absolutna rewelacja — zdecydowanie 100/10! Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni i z czystym sumieniem możemy polecić to miejsce każdemu. Obiekt jest kameralny, z niezwykle przyjemną, rodzinną atmosferą, dzięki czemu można tu naprawdę odpocząć i poczuć się swobodnie.

Ogromnym atutem tego miejsca jest personel — Pani Petra oraz Pan Daniel - są niezwykle sympatyczni, pomocni i zawsze gotowi doradzić. Ich zaangażowanie i podejście do gości sprawiają, że pobyt staje się jeszcze przyjemniejszy.

Zarówno w pokojach, jak i na korytarzach oraz w częściach wspólnych wszystko jest perfekcyjnie czyste — widać ogromną staranność i zaangażowanie Pani Petry w utrzymanie porządku. Wszystko jest świeże, pachnące i bardzo zadbane.

Dodatkowym plusem jest świetna lokalizacja — Plac św. Marka, przystanek tramwaju wodnego oddalony o zaledwie 3 minuty spacerem, Most Rialto około 5 minut, a w najbliższej okolicy nie brakuje restauracji i klimatycznych sklepików.

The beautifully aged, boutique dream in the quiet alley of San Marco!
Pros:

The building was beautifully timeworn, full of charm and character. Three of us fit into a room quite comfortably. The beds were wonderful and the ambient sounds of the outside diners (when the windows were open) at the restaurant next door were so dreamy! Even though our room was close to the reception desk we never heard anyone our entire stay. On top of that, the concierge pointed us in the right direction every step of the way. She would ask us about our plans and add to it or flip the script creating magical moments we never could have planned.

An authentic experience
Pros:

The staff is very friendly. They accommodated our earlier arrival, stored our luggage the day we checked out, and overall gave us an authentic experience, with helpful advice and nice chats. The location is great.

Cons:

Nothing really. There are only stairs to go upstairs and the room was not huge for 4, but it was exactly as described so nothing to dislike or complain about.

Escapada a Venecia de somni
Pros:

L’allotjament està molt ben situat. Només a 2 minuts de la plaça San Marco i a 5 minuts de Rialto. Habitacions molt confortables i el personal ha estat excel.lent. La Petra ens ha tractat com si fóssim de la seva familia i el Danielle ens ha ajudat en tot donat consells i bones recomenacions per menjar. Ha estat una experiencia de 10!!! Hi tornariem un altre cop.
