The room was fantastic we loved the decoration from the entrance to the bathroom, it was such a nice experience.
The front of house team were so helpful, getting us resevations and arranging a take away breakfast for our early departure when we checked out.
The hotel was a maximum of 10-15 min walk to anything in the citiy so the location was fantastic.
If we had one complaint about the hotel, it would be the bed. It was very hard. Apart from that no complaints. Booking.com makes you write three sentences. Oh on another note we had rented a car and when traveled to the hotel we decided to drop it off, this was definitely a good idea parking seemed to be limited.

The hotel is intimate, beautifully designed, and exceptionally well laid out. The amenities are second to none, and the quality of the finishes throughout is truly outstanding. Rather than feeling like a traditional hotel room, the accommodations offer the charm and comfort of a quaint private apartment. Thoughtful touches such as freshly cut flowers, breakfast served on the terrace, and luxurious Santa Maria Novella toiletries create an authentic sense of place and add a refined local flair. An exceptional stay from start to finish.
Had such a lovely experience at this hotel I actually came back within the same week on a separate booking! It’s such a high-end boutique experience with genuinely warm and friendly staff. Cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. Special thanks to Antonio and Edgar for their kindness!

The room is even better than it was on photos. Clean, stylish, nice robe, towels and great air conditioning! You get your breakfast in your room by request.
In common areas there are lilies everywhere, the scent of the flower is very heavy too me (but also beautiful)
