很棒的体验！请一定要选套房。原是私邸，建于16世纪文艺复兴时期，后被Forneris家族收购，其主人Luciano曾是Vogue Italy主编，管家说其曾去过半殖民时期的清朝。酒店风格是Italo Chinoiserie，混搭复古家具、古董藏品及后现代软装，走廊挂了一副郎世宁的乾隆及孝贤仿作，并摆放着浮世绘的介绍。很中国韵味

A secret joy
Pros:

The location was perfect as it allowed walking to everywhere we needed to go. All the staff were excellent and so very helpful. Casa Howard was a joy to stay at- luxurious, comfortable, clean and a lovely secluded oasis away from the excessive tourism. A very special place.

B&B Apartment Hotel Masquarading as a Boutique Hotel

The breakfast in bed was a nice touch. Edgar the main concierge is very helpful and kind. Some of the rooms were lovely.

Cons:

I booked a room hoping to have a bathtub, I unfortunately did not get the Black and White room and was allocated the Oriental room. The furniture in the Oriental room was lovely. However the fake floating floor in the room did not match the aesthetic of the room and in my opinion was quite ugly. The pillows in the room were terribly flat. When I asked for a pillow with some more substance I was told that they didn’t have any alternatives. The area of the accomodation is not in a “good” area and very close to the train station. My taxi driver warned me not to turn right on the street as it’s not safe. I found the key system quite clunky and irritating. 3 different keys to get into the room. Now knowing that the area is not safe I understand the security measures. For 4 star and the price you pay it’s not value for money. I have stayed in a lot of European 4 star boutique hotels and this ain’t it.

Very chic hotel/residence, lovely staff and would stay again!
Pros:

the staff was exceptional, the room was lovely, the location was perfection, our room came with breakfast and it was perfect, our bed was large and comfortable and we had the best time. Edgar and Antonio were lovely.

Cons:

The bath was hard to navigate without getting everything wet. but it was darling and nothing that was too bad that we wouldn't stay again.
