A nice hotel to stay in.
Pros:

I didn't have any issues that needed resolving so interaction with staff was minimal, but they all seemed very friendly & approachable.
I booked a double room & this exceeded expectations - really spacious. A few minor signs of wear & tear but generally room was much nicer than I might have expected it to be. Bed was comfortable. And there was a bath!
Great location next to Hyde Park & close to the tube.
Breakfast was very basic but was fine.
Didn't have any issues with noise - was quite peaceful.

I have stayed in far, far worse in London.

Cons:

Nothing. Enjoyed staying there.

Londoni viszonylatban jó szállásnak mondanám, a lokáció miatt is.
Pros:

Kiváló elhelyezkedés, a Hyde park mellett.

Cons:

Reggelire tejérzékenyként alig találtam valamit. A főtt tojás, a kompót és a lekvár közül tudtam választani, ami a 6. napon már egy kissé unalmas volt.
A zuhany nagyon szűkös, egy termetesebb ember szerintem nem tudna benne megfordulni.

Quiet and comfortable room in a pleasant part of London, one block to Kensington Gardens

Cons:

This is a vintage hotel with vintage rooms, comfortable for me, but the shower stall might be a challenge for someone taller or very large in girth

A great place for your London stay!
Pros:

Amazing location and so convenient for everything. The room was lovely with lots of storage and surfaces, on a quiet road. Staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.
