Pros:

Gostamos de tudo do Check in super simples do Wi-fi da temperatura do quarto todo o serviço esteve Top para o que nos contratamos. Não tivemos nenhuma razão para reclamar.

location was perfect for what was needed. Room was spacious. Hotel itself was really nice, clean and friendly. Luggage was able to be stored after checking out which was a bonus to enjoy our last day.

Cons:

size of the shower, bed was uncomfortable due to two beds/mattresses being pushed together. Beeakfast was ok, but would have preferred the choice of full english too. Tv was programmed to be in foreign language, this was a struggle to navigate the tv.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, el presonal de recepción siempre fue muy amable,. Es cierto que la decoración está anticuada, típico hotel británico con moqueta en todos lados y los baños tambien son muy básicos, pero por el precio no se puede pedir más. Buen chorro de agua, el gel de cortesía está bastante bien.
La limpieza fue correcta, cambio de toallas, etc..
Habitación super silenciosa, no escuchamos nada durante nuestra estancia.
Mucha gente se queja del desayuno, con los precios de Londres te ahorras un pico y sales con la barriga llena. El café siendo de filtro estaba mejor que otros de máquina que he tomado. Para comer tienes pan de molde, bollitos, croissants, cereales, yogures, huevos cocidos, queso, mantequilla, mermeladas, miel, nuetella....suficiente para hacer un desayuno antes de salir a patear por Londres.
La ubicación genial, dos paradas de metro muy cerca, Paddintong a 15 minutos andando y cruzando la calle Hyde park.
Ahh un detalle importante, tiene aire acondicionado para el verano.

Cons:

Por poner una pega la calefacción estaba muy alta. En nuestra habitación los radiadores estaban apagados y aún así hacia calor. Para poder usar el edredón de la cama tuvimos que abrir la ventana toda la noche.

Ottimo per passare qualche giorno a Londra
Pros:

La camera era confortevole e spaziosa, il letto comodo, c'erano anche dei cuscini in più. Buona pulizia, in generale un'esperienza positiva.

Cons:

La vasca era un po' alta, forse non l'ideale per persone con scarsa mobilità. La colazione (inclusa) dovrebbe prevedere più prodotti salati e meno prodotti confezionati.

Comoda alla fermata della metro Queensway, camera piuttosto ampia per lo standard londinese, molto silenzioso come hotel e come zona della città! Letti piccoli ma comodissimi

Colazione basica, doccia piccola, abbisogna tutto di un bel po di manutenzione e riammodernamento

Very good location, close to shops, eating places, nice parks nearby, easy to walk to many sights, area seemed secure. Wifi worked well, good choice of tv channels, comfy bed, quiet.

Cons:

Breakfast very limited, but ok, if you do not need much in the morning.
