Too pricey
Pros:

Localization is good. That is the only advantage of this hotel. For being a 4 stars hotel it didn't feel like that at all. Cleaning was always good.

Cons:

I was working mornings until 2 PM, my wife ordered food in Glovo, when it arrived the staff called our room and was rude to my wife saying they wouldn't delivery the food in the room (weird for 4* hotel) and that she shouldn't order food from Glovo to this hotel we traveled all the world, some hotels don't delivery it to the room but a 4 stars hotel always do. But nobody ever made it FORBIDDEN for us to order food in a rude way as she did. The day before, we had ordered water bottles from Glovo, and it was delivered to our room when we weren't at the hotel, without any problem.

The pillows aren't comfortable, and the shower is too small, for the price of the hotel (it's pricey), that was a big minus.

Cons:

Pas de lumière du jour du tout mais c’est ce qui fait que l’hôtel est súper calme. Naples étant une ville hyper bruyante.

Superbe séjour napolitain dans ce charmant hôtel.
Pros:

Très bon emplacement proche de la mer dans un joli quartier calme et bien fréquenté. À proximité de cafés et petits restaurants de qualité.
Nous sommes restés 9 nuits et avons beaucoup aimé l’établissement.
Petit déjeuner de bonne qualité mais pas non plus exceptionnel.
Le prix de l’établissement est assez élevé mais c’est très propre, le personnel charmant.
Nous recommandons vivement.

A really enjoyable stay with great staff and an excellent location.
Pros:

Really enjoyable stay. The hotel has a great feel to it and everything was easy and comfortable from start to finish. The staff were very friendly and welcoming throughout. Special thanks to Alessia and her colleague from housekeeping, and also the restaurant staff – everyone was helpful and made the stay really pleasant.

Cons:

Nothing really. The only small thing is that it would have been nice to have a coffee machine in the room.

Buena ubicación, personal muy agradable , limpio

Cons:

Desayuno, mejorable, no corresponde a un hotel de 4 estrellas. Habitación pequeña aunque es entendible al estar en un sitio céntrico

This hotel is exactly how it is advertised- the rooms are excellent - the breakfast is exceptional and the staff could do nothing more to help. From the start to the end we had a marvellous time
