Professional, comfortable and welcoming — an excellent base for exploring Naples.
Pros:

Palazzo Alabardieri was an excellent choice. The staff were professional and welcoming, and our room was very clean, comfortable and well maintained throughout our stay.

The location is also excellent, with plenty of restaurants and places to eat within easy walking distance. With temperatures outside reaching around 38°C during our visit, returning to the cool and comfortable hotel each day was a real relief. A special mention also goes to the experienced housekeeping staff, who were always friendly, smiling and clearly took pride in their work.

Cons:

Nothing significant. We had a very comfortable stay and would happily return.
