We would not return.
Cons:

The decor was a little tired. Sofa fabrics, carpet, etc. should be updated. The staff was not very friendly. We were not greeted with a smile nor a welcome. None of the staff was particularly helpful. Sharp contrast to Greece, which was very, very friendly and helpful.

Dikke prima!
Pros:

Ambiance was goed verzorgd en het personeel had de juiste norm in hospitality.
Het ontbijt zelf had genoeg keuze, zodat je niet elke ochtend hetzelfde hoefde te eten.
Geen tekorten bij meer gasten tegelijkertijd, dat is altijd prettig.

Cons:

De koffie was prima, al vond ik die voor italiaanse begrippen slechts goed.
Verder viel niets me tegen, want het was simpelweg allemaal erg goed op orde.

Excellent emplacement, personnel tres aimable, hotel confortable et pratique
Pros:

1. L'emplacement excellent : pratique de jour comme pour la nightlife, bars et restaurants à proximité
2. Chambres très propres, decoration classique
3. Bon petit déjeuner (meme si j'aurais aimé plus de spécialités napolitaines, surtout les sucrés et salés "chauds" préparés instantanement, etant que Naples est une ville où l'on mange très bien, ce point est a ameliorer)
4. La gentillesse du personnel, surtout Nicola le veilleur de nuit tres aimable et donne de bons conseils pour sortir, et la responsable du Bar à côté de l'hotel (Alabardieri Bar) qui est une dame tres compétente et attentionnée pour conseiller sur les vins de la region Campania (par ailleurs, leur Prosecco est une tuerie, servi comme boisson de bienvenue)

Cons:

Ces points sont a ameliorer, c'est minime par rapport a l'experience globale qui reste tres positive.
1. le degrés d'ensoleillement.
Nous sommes allés en Mai, il faisait tres beau.
Mais dans la chambre on n'avait pas tellement de lumiere naturelle, le petit dej est servi dans une salle aussi où il n'y pas de lumiere naturelle. Pour ma part, j'aime bcp la lumiere naturelle du soleil. En Mai ce ne fut pas une contrainte, mais je me dit en plein hiver ca peut etre negatif.
2. l'insonorisation des chambres peut etre améliorée, on a eu la chambre 104, on entend vraiement tout ce qui se dit a la reception et aux couloirs.
3. des prises electriques a côté du lit aurait été utiles.

We liked it all. Excellent location, smiley staff, lovely hotel and rooms.

Cons:

On our last day, there was a taxi strike but the staff didn’t make any effort to communicate to us about this. Fortunately, they managed to order a shuttle service just in time.
