Ottimo soggiorno
Pros:

Posizione ottima vicino al teatro Massimo. Zona tranquilla. Camera pulita e ristrutturata di recente. Disponibilità e gentilezza dello staff rare da trovare.

Un hôtel top
Pros:

Excellent hôtel pour un 2 étoiles. Très bon emplacement
Un coin est aménagé avec café thé bouilloire etc...
L'arrivée est autonome mais la possibilité entre 8h30 et 18h est offerte dans leur 2ème hôtel pour être accueilli en présentielle avec des hôtesses très sympathiques.

Pros:

Good property close to the city centre and all the main tourist areas :) there’s a lift too which is great

Cons:

The room was good but the shower kept flooding when we had showers. Maybe draining issue but the staff were super responsive / helpful when we called to tell them and helped me find some extra towels etc

fajna lokalizacja i wszedzie blisko w centrum, ale ściany pokoju cienkie, słychać hałasy

lokalizacja, rejestracja online lub w hotelowej recepcji w hotelu na przeciwko, nie było karaluchów ani robactwa wiec to jest duży plus!

Cons:

cienkie ściany pokoju, słychać hałas spłukiwanej wody w toaletach z innych pokoi, śniadania w hotelu na przeciwko za dodatkową opłatą były bez uzupełniania bufetu, o godzinie 9 wszystko praktycznie niedostępne, zjedzone wcześniej przez innych gości, nic nie było dokładane, brak transparentności przy dokonywaniu dodatkowej opłaty turystycznej tj. podatku dziennego, taksy - brak pokwitowania płatności. No i obietnica tego, że pokój będzie dostępny wcześniej niż godzina rozpoczęcia doby hotelowej check in, tylko informacja zostanie potwierdzona w dzień check in, komunikacja na whatsapp z dnia na dzień aż do dnia przylotu, a jednak nie zostaliśmy uprzedzeni, że pokój jednak nie będzie dostępny przed godziną rozpoczęcia doby hotelowej tylko takie łudzenie, że może tak ale powiemy w dzień przylotu, a potem dowiadujesz się że jednak nie, to po co te obietnice. Przylot mieliśmy na godzinę 9, więc powyższe jest uzasadnione. Z okna nie ma widoku, nie ma światła praktycznie, bo widok jest na budynek kilka metrów na przeciwko, a na zdjęciu było okno całe oświetlone słońcem

Fungovala len daždová sprcha na normálnu sa nedalo prepnúť, wc po spláchnutí nezastavovalo prítok vody, šampón vypadaval z držiaku. Personál bol pri rannom upratovaní dosť hlučný.

Clean hotel in excellent and central location.
Pros:

The staff were very responsive and helpful via text. There are no staff on-site - they are over the road in another hotel for a period during the day. The location is excellent and was walking distance to many popular areas for sightseeing, eating and shopping. The room was clean and the bedding was clean.

Cons:

As a solo traveller, I prefer to have staff on-site, it just feels safer. Just outside the door of my room was a common area and people would congregate at night and this was quite loud. The balcony area was not useable as it was unclean and unattractive. There were no services such as breakfast or capuccino etc. on-site.
