Pros:

Colchón y almohada muy cómodos. Ducha con buena presión. Algo ruidoso al dar las 2 ventanas en una galería.
Iluminación, podrían tener luz más tenue. Había demasiada luz sin poder dejar encendida solo una.

Good location, in the town center. Good communication over what's app.

Cons:

Shower cabin with curtain, even if you really take care, water comes out. Lift in the building is very old and not reliable. I used it once and never again. I needed 3 times to press ground floor to exit. It stopped in the middle. Later check out was not possible. Floor in the room need renovation.

A great value for the price
Pros:

Location is awesome, I also really appreciated the communication with the staff, who gave clear and easy-to-understand instructions and were accommodating enough to allow an early check-in.

Cons:

The only thing that could have been better was the window's soundproofing. The noise from the road made it a little hard to sleep.

Ottima posizione e soggiorno piacevole nel cuore di Palermo!
Pros:

Struttura in posizione ottima, in pieno centro a Palermo e a pochi passi dal Teatro Massimo. Comodo per visitare la città a piedi, pulito e confortevole. Mi sono trovato molto bene e lo consiglio a chi vuole soggiornare in una zona centrale e strategica!
