hotel confortável e bom custo-benefício para o centro de Palermo.
Pros:

A localização da acomodação é bastante adequada para caminhar a partir dela para o centro histórico e para o porto de Palermo. O hotel fica a partir do primeiro andar de um prédio comercial antigo, tipo anos 50-60. Os quartos são confortáveis e amplos, salvo alguns banheiros que, provavelmente por ser um prédio muito antigo, tenham limitações, incluindo a potabilidade da água da torneira por conta das cisternas. De qualquer forma, chuveiro quente, roupas de cama e toalhas confortáveis, aquecimento. Na recepção há acesso a chaleira elétrica, café, chá e microondas, já incluídos na diária. Pessoal da recepção bastante acolhedor, gentil e prestativo embora não fique ninguem por lá a noite. No entanto, oferecem acesso remoto para contatos que se façam necessários e respondem rapidamente por whats app.

Cons:

A entrada do estabelecimento não é bem sinalizada. O hall térreo do prédio tem um aspecto mal cuidado e o elevador é muito antigo, correndo dentro de uma estrutura de grades. Acesso bom por escadas
O estacionamento público indicado fica a cerca de 700 m do hotel, no subsolo. Vagas amplas e aparentemente seguras. Paga-se por hora mas a partir da 10 hora, a tarifa é unica por dia E 13,00. O aplicativo de mapas o leva para a saida do estacionamento. É só dar a volta na quadra.

It's all about the staff, and the two ladies that helped, were amazing
Pros:

The staff was professional and went above and beyond to helpful.
Big smiles are always welcome. Especially after a long day of travelling

Cons:

Parking wasn't on-site, but of you leave your bags with reception, it's a pleasant 3 minute walk

Das Personal war sehr nett, es war alles sauber und gut ausgestattet.

Cons:

Man hat viele Geräusche von den anderes Hotelgästen und außen rum mitbekommen. Für uns war es ok, aber wenn man einen leichten Schlaf hat, ist es vielleicht schwierig.

Buono per un soggiorno veloce senza pretese.
Pros:

Posizione perfetta, in pieno centro, strada sicura, un buon bar sotto la struttura. Cuscini super comodi.

Cons:

Arredo interno alla camera da rinnovare. Wi fi non funzionante.
