Staff cordiale e posizione fantastica. Soggiorno in hotel da non ripetere.

Staff femminile gentile e posizione comoda per girare la città. Staff premuroso e attento all'invio di tutte le informazioni, sia verbalmente che via messaggi.
Non hanno risolto il mio problema della camera.

Cons:

La camera era umida e fredda, abbiamo dovuto utilizzare l'impianto del condizionatore (vecchio) per riscaldare.
La camera non rispecchia le foto inserite nel sito e sopratutto, il bagno era davvero in pessime condizioni.
Un'umidità impossibile, le pareti bagnate anche il giorno dopo e sopratutto il muro ed il soffitto pieno di muffa.
Credo che un bagno in queste condizioni sia assolutamente improponibile, sopratutto perchè immagino che alcune muffe possano anche essere dannose.
Ho parlato con lo staff e un responsabile (uomo) mi ha riferito che purtroppo non potevano farci niente, consapevoli del problema e che il mese prossimo avrebbero preso provvedimenti con lavori di ristrutturazione.
Da utente a me non deve interessare quando fanno i lavori, ma mi aspetto almeno un bagno in condizioni sufficienti.
Per scusarsi hanno proposto di offrire prima la colazione (non prevista in hotel) e successivamente un aperitivo nella terrazza dell'altro hotel di fronte alla struttura. Ho ringraziato ma declinato l'invito.

Pleasant and nice..., BUT.....
Pros:

The location is fantastic. Real walking distance to the places to be visited, as well as the number of restaurants, bars, and coffee shops available in that area.

The team working in the reception did a fantastic job (Isabella..., well done!). Very professional and friendly. They were always willing to help you to have a good staying at the hotel. They did timely reply all the messages sent on WhatsApp.

Cons:

The bathroom in room 107 needs a good and serious maintenance job. The toilet seat was loose and rusty at the joints. The shower door didn't properly close and it has loose screws at the top. I have video clips showing these two points.

Wi-Fi signal: very unstable. "Hotel City Guest" worked the first day. Then when reported the case to the reception (via WhatsApp) and we were told that said user log-in becomes unstable when bad weather ( ......?!) Having said that, they immediately offered an alternative login user id which worked well.

Pros:

Hotel City Center znajduje się w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji – blisko przystanków autobusowych oraz zaledwie kilka minut spacerem od teatru i głównego deptaku. Obsługa online pozostaje cały czas w kontakcie i jest bardzo pomocna. Zameldowanie odbywa się w pełni online, a wejście do hotelu i pokoju jest na kod PIN. Wszystko przebiegło bezproblemowo – obsługa wcześniej przesyła wszystkie potrzebne informacje.
Pokój był duży i czysty.
Samo znalezienie obiektu było bardzo proste i bezproblemowe.

Cons:

Niestety mam zastrzeżenia do łazienki – jest dość przestarzała i zdecydowanie przydałby się w niej remont. Uważam też, że można by o nią lepiej zadbać pod względem czystości. Na suficie w łazience pojawił się również grzyb.

Pros:

L'emplacement est idéal pour rejoindre le centre historique de Palerme. La chambre est bien équipée. Nous avons eu la possibilité de laisser nos bagages à l'hôtel en attendant notre vol en soirée, afin de pouvoir profiter de notre dernière journée. Très bon rapport qualité-prix. Un grand merci à Gabriella pour son accueil plus que chaleureux, ses conseils de visite et sa disponibilité.
