Outstanding lake views and a peaceful stay
Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Its greatest asset is definitely the location, with outstanding views of the lake. We especially appreciated the peaceful atmosphere, the water activities available at the hotel, and the restaurant, which served amazing food. The room design felt a bit basic, but the beautiful view from the window more than made up for it.

Cons:

The reception staff could benefit from some additional customer service training. We didn't feel particularly welcomed, and the information provided during check-in wasn't as clear or complete as it could have been. However, this was only a minor issue and didn't significantly affect our overall stay.

Great lakeside situation
Pros:

This is just perfect for our stop over on way back to uk. 2 lovely long swims in the lake is the highlight.

Sometime the site can feel a bit compact for the number of people

De locatie was fantastisch, direct aan het meer. Restaurant was voortreffelijk. Bediening zeer vriendelijk mn de dames aan de poolbar.

Lovely views of Lake Orta
Pros:

Lovely restaurant and rooftop bar overlooking the lake.

Cons:

Rooms small. No pathway by the lake to take a walk. Need to drive to peninsula of SAN Guilia to find other restaurants, shops and walks.

Pros:

Sehr schönes kleines Hotel mit einer Traumlage am Wasser. Super ruhig gelegen. Tolle Rooftop Bar. Das Essen im Restaurant ist sehr empfehlenswert.

Cons:

Die Pizzas in der Rooftop Bar haben uns gar nicht geschmeckt ( der GorganzolaKäse war zu mächtig und bei der zweiten Pizza war zuviel Tomatensosse drauf - keine Pizza vom Steinofen oder wie wir es lieben.)
