This was just a short stay, I needed a place for one night, for this it met my expactations.
Pros:

Staff was friendly, and it was good value for price. Bed was comfortable, I had a good sleep. The room was not super exciting, but it was clean. And they allowed me to leave my luggage there for the next day after I already checked out.

Cons:

The breakfast was not very good, a small selection to choose from.

Le personnel a l'accueil était très sympathique

Cons:

L'isolation on entend tous les bruit,, les installations électriques désastreuses, la lumière s'allume et s'éteint toute seule, la salle de bain trop petit et sans équipement, le lit n'est pas confortable, la climatisation fait du bruit, et prenez le gel de douche pour le bain, vous trouverez plus .

Cons:

There was no hot water in my room in the morning, so I waited until after breakfast, and then there was a little bit of hot water. But clearly the hot water capacity couldn't meet the demand of customers during my stay. That wasn't too bad since it was super hot out. But it's not ideal.

çalışanlar,özellikle resepsiyondakiler, aşırı ilgiliydi bize her konuda yardımcı oldular.Kahvaltı yeterli ve lezzetliydi,daha fazla çeşit olsa daha iyi olabilirdi.Bizim kaldığımız oda oldukça büyüktü tuvaleti vs. gayet yeterliydi.Odada kurutma makinesi ve kettle olması da çok iyidi.Yataklar çok rahattı,otel çok güvenliydi kart olmadan girilmiyordu.Ayrıca konumu o kadar iyidi ki hemen yanında metro vardı,metroya yürümeniz 1 dk bile sürmüyordu.Eyfele,louvre'a nerdeyse tüm turistik yerlere 20-25 dk uzaklığındaydı,yol her zaman çok kısa sürdü bu tatil için müthişti,istediğimizde otele dönüp sonra tekrar çıkabildik çünkü ulaşım çok kolaydı.Tek sıkıntı odada birkaç defa karınca gördük ama o da zemin katta olduğumuz içindi.Kendimize ait masa ve sandalye vardı kapının önünde minik bahçemiz gibiydi bizi çok mutlu etti.Otele gerçekten bayıldık,fiyatı gayet uygundu ve bu kadar güzel bir deneyim beklemiyorduk beklentilerimizin çok çok üstündeydi.Bir daha parise gelirsem kesinlikle bu oteli tercih ederim,başka bir yer araştırmam bile.Resepsiyondaki tatlı hanımefendilere,ilgili ve yardımsever tavırları için tekrardan çok teşekkürler.Tüm çalışanlar çok tatlıydı.Bu otele bayıldık!

Location is good but air conditioner is not good enough for the hot season.
Pros:

Location is great but there’s no elevator so heavy luggage will be a huge burden.

Cons:

Air conditioner is central control and it will automatically stopped when reaching the temperature and won’t start again during the night.

Pros:

I booked a single room, it had only one bed a table, kettle & a bathroom. Shower was pretty small ( not everyone can fit ) but you get wht you pay for in tbe middle of paris.
There was an air conditioning which was basically very important cz my visit was during the heat wave.
BreaKfast was simple and yet good. The basics. Coffee, croissant and some sweets. There were no stairs. Luckily i was on the 1st floor.

Location was amazing ! 5 mins walk from denefert rochereau station !

Cons:

The walls were very thin, i was hearing the next room watching tv or ppl going up or down the stairs.
