Cons:

I think it should be better, if the breakfast buffet includes the allergens signs. Just the name tag is not enough to understand the ingredients and that can cause health problems, if you have some intolerances.

good, would stay there again.
Pros:

Nice and clean hotel/room. Great location.

Cons:

Staff was ok but not very welcoming. Bed and pillow very hard. Room facing the street is quite noisy due to the night life on the street.

Buen hotel en inmejorable ubicación
Pros:

ya habia ido en otra oportunidad, el hotel está muy bien ubicado, inmejorable a una cuadra de la gran via y de fuencarral. La zona es muy segura, es comodo y muy amable su personal. tienen una balanza industrial que ayuda a pesar el equipaje asi uno sale tranquilo al aeropuerto y no tiene problemas luego con exceso de peso.

Cons:

Las almohadas son muy duras y no se podia prender el aire acondicionado, solo la calefaccion porque decian que manejan todo el piso y no es individual.
