Excellent value in super central location
Pros:

As it is a 2-minute walk from Gran Via, the location is very good. Super central with shopping, restaurants, bars and the metro all at a stones-throw.
But I did not expect such a nice hotel to be in that spot. It is new, very modern, with a boutique vibe, and the room was also very nice. Firm but comfortable bed, very functional, with everything you expect. Bathroom was also very nice, everything super clean and new.
This hotel is amazing value and when I go to Madrid next, I will get a room here first!

Cons:

Not sure, for that price it had everything you can expect. I did not try the breakfast but everything else was great.

Świetny hotel w idealnym miejscu!
Pros:

Miejsce jest najlepsze w Madrycie- pomiędzy dwiema najlepszymi dzielnicami, ale też blisko Gran Via. Pokój PRzerosl nasze oczekiwania- bardzo duz i przestronny. Wspaniałe wnętrza! Śniadanie ok. Najwygodniejsze łóżko!

Pros:

Nice enough room, facilities and location.

Cons:

Staff were unhelpful and quite rude. We were supposed to check in from 2pm and was told continuously that the room “wasn’t ready” and that “we don’t know when it’ll be available”.

Very well located and the room was very nice.

Cons:

It was very noisy during the night. It was like someone was moving the furniture from a room upstairs. Moreover we were near the staircase and people were so loud in the middle of the night.

Overall I would consider this one of the better city break hotels I have used. Would highly recommend it.

Location , value for money, friendly staff, excellent breakfast

Cons:

Bar was a little odd, seemed to only offer craft cocktails and beer.
