Unfortunately we wasn't told when checking on but there was a problem in the entire building with the hot water.
A engineer had attended the hotel the day we checked bed in but was unable to fix the problem
He was returning to fix the problem so there was no hot water in the 2 rooms we booked

Très mauvaise expérience. Rien de positif. Il y avait même des nids d’abeilles dans les chambres. Malgré notre signalement, la direction n’a pris aucune mesure. Il était impossible de dormir et nous avons été contraints de quitter l’hôtel en pleine nuit pour trouver un autre établissement. Une semaine plus tard, nous n’avons toujours reçu aucun appel, aucune excuse ni aucun geste de la part de la direction. Un comportement totalement inacceptable.

Hoewel op voorhand gevraagd, was er geen plaats voorzien om onze fietsen ergens veilig te parkeren.
