Ich werde nicht mehr in dieses Hotel absteigen
Pros:

Das Abend essen war super.
Personaal sehr freundlich

Cons:

Das Zimmer war schmutzig.
Tapeten lösten sich von der Wand.
Keine schranktüren.
Frühstück Saal war sehr kalt. Dreckige Stühle vom Vortag.

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo e buona struttura
Pros:

Struttura fuori dalla città (si raggiunge in una decina di minuti di auto) ma con parcheggio gratuito e ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Le camere sono ampie, con letti comodi, aria condizionata e macchinetta per il caffè della Nespresso. La colazione era ampia, sia per gli amanti del dolce, sia per quelli del salato. Personale molto gentile.

Cons:

Attenzione all'orario da cui si può fare il check-in: noi siamo arrivati prima pensando al massimo di lasciare le valigie se la camera non era pronta ma la reception era chiusa.

Good hotel, recently renovated rooms. We slept on the front both a view on the river.

Pros:

Le petit déjeuner était correct mais sans plus, merci a la dame qui s'occupait toute seule de tout mais qui n'a malheureusement pas pu gérer tout. Elle a pourtant fait de son mieux mais aurait besoin de renfort.

Cons:

Nous voulions appeler la réception pour choisir l'horaire du check-in, après plusieurs appels et mails, aucune réponse. Nous avons pourtant essayé pendant plus d'une semaine et même via le numéro d'urgence indiqué ou via le formulaire booking. Cette situation est vraiment déplorable.
La chambre était relativement propre hormis la moquette qu'il est plus que temps de changer (et pas de cacher a l'aide d'un tapis),il manquait du papier toilettes et l'ensemble laissait à desirer.Les équipements télévisuels dysfonctionnent.
Hôtel décevant au vu du prix payé, 140€ pour une nuit.

L'emplacement était bien situé où je pensais dormir au calme.

Cons:

Les chambres n'étant pas climatisées il faisait très chaud on ne peut pas laisser des fenêtres ouvertes à cause des voitures qui passent sur la route très bruyante très très décevant chambre petite et un peu vieillissante pour un 3 étoiles décevant rien à voir avec les photos sur Booking 30 € de petit déjeuner pour 2 personnes les couverts assiette pas très propre et vraiment le minimum au niveau des choix

Goed bed en ruime badkamer, lekker ontbijt en goed restaurant.

Cons:

Veel lawaai door restaurant van het hotel. Geen airco, door luide muziek en lawaai restaurant kon men s'avonds de ramen niet open zetten... Geen frigo in kamer.. Geen lift waardoor een gekwetst persoon moeilijk boven geraakte en onmogelijk om te wisselen van kamer. Nochtans was het hotel niet volzet..

Last minute booking, no regrets
Pros:

The staff is really good and the hospitality is really exceptional. We have booked the hotel at the last moment and didn't regret it.

Cons:

Nothing much but I did order for baby cots, unfortunately they responded after a day, by then we had already checked out of the hotel. The admin team for the messages is slow and may be an issue from booking.com or something else
